I recently gave the guy that usually works here a Bulova Precisionist I got for my 21st (31 now!) As the screw down crown had rusted, the fix was a competitive price compared to the high street shops! I also gave a watch today to take out a few links and they did it in 10 mins, really good quick service and the guy is clearly a professional, very polite too, highly recommend!

we put my husbands Omega watch into the Watford branch only to find it has now closed down! Cannot get through to anyone, have called this number and it just rings out. The watch hospital website has been closed down.

Went here for a battery replacement on my watch, they did it in about 20 seconds, no-nonsense, perfect job and only £10. Got quoted an outrageous £45 and 1 hour wait time from the watch lab in trinity. if you need any watch repairs done in leeds city centre, just go here and avoid the borderline scams elsewhere.

I brought a Rolex here after being quoted an extortionate amount of money by Prestons for repairs that the watch didn't even need. The Watch Hospital not only did a sterling job on repairing the watch, but they did it within really good turnaround time and it was a fraction of what Prestons quoted. My watch came back like new and I'll be bringing more work to this company.

Great service and value! Fixed the glass on my watch within a few minutes when other shops had said I could be waiting 6 weeks. Fair prices too. Would recommend!

Update: they agreed to replace the case for free.Original post: extremely unhappy with the service.Collected my watch after 4 weeks of waiting for the strap to be replaced and noticed deep scratches on the case body of the watch. Also, the links were not adjusted properly so now the clasp digs into the back of my wrist. The pin also keeps falling out. I took it back to be readjusted and it was done free of charge but the pin fell out 20min later. They also agreed to replace the case as its very obvious that the scratches were not 'wear and tear'. 2 stars because this whole thing has been a huge inconvenience to me and quite upsetting to see my watch in the condition it was returned. But at least they agreed to fix it.

Absolutely clueless bunch, needed pins for my omega and couldn?t deliver the service even after a 6 week wait! From Steve, ponytail man and the short man with an attitude the size of Mount Everest - all need a checkup at the hospital

what a service. new to area, so i went to the watch lab, they estimated £195 for a fix to send it away with a 3 week return time, thought this was a bit steep for what the problem looked like, spotted this place wandering around, they fixed it minutes for £20. say no more, brilliant friendly service.

Honest man honest business. I went to the other place and they said 21.99 for a battery and can take 30mins, so i found this lovely chap in merrion centre, oh my fixed in couple mins and cost less than £10. After i left my pin came out and he sorted it out in few secs. THATS WHAT YOU CALL GREAT SERVICE ?Thanks
