Amazing service! Cut to size for my make up desk fits perfectly. Thought I had a problem I emailed and within 5 minutes of emailing I receive a phone call- there was no problem just me being daft thinking it was the wrong colour/ scratches and no! There is a very well made film protector on top. So just a tip! Peel the corners haha! Thank you again! Would reccomend xx

My husband ordered an acrylic sheet but it was damaged caused by transport. After the issue was raised, the communication was good and reasonable. A great customer care.

Purchased table top cover . Although there was a slight damage caused by transport the issue was resolved very fast , fantastic communication and really good service . I can not complain I can only recommend . Thank you for good product and great customer care .

A corner cupboard door mirror cracked in our caravan and we decided a sensible solution was to replace with an acrylic mirror. We weren't disappointed, the mirror arrived very soon after ordering which was very simple to do. The mirror was very well protected and it was exactly to the dimensions we uploaded to The Plastic People. We are very pleased with the look and feel of the new mirror door. The online ordering is so easy and if you have a query the company answer their phones very quickly and are very helpful.

Apsolutly the worse online company ever had experience withOrdered well in advance paying for delivery on a certain day extra just never arrived nobody contacted me about why then called to find out to be told not delivered because product payed 2weeks ago for just don?t have in stock.So they knew about this but just let me wait and not bother to tell me at all.Then asked to be refunded but told can?t because a certain ladie is not in for 5days to do refunds then waited and waited made at least 10 calls asking what?s happening about refund to always be to yeah should be going through so basically didn?t care or even know when there will refund me4weeks later received refund and never once did I get any reply from 6rmails sent trying to get a idea on what?s happening with delivery did anyone care to answerCheaper companies for exactly same products are online I?ve never once wrote a review before but I have to show how deadfall this company is to people avoid take my word for it

Plastic sheet arrived today ,excellently packaged , now sitting on top of the worktop to prevent scratching from the grandkids, measurements are to exact specification so well done to you . Looks to be a good product time will tell , overall very happy with price a nd quality and delivery time. Thanks again

Unfortunately have to echo some of the negative the comments of a few people here.Ordered in advance, booked time off, but also anticipated a bit of a delay. Got told via email on the day of delivery that my order would be another week. Replied to make sure the order was delivered on a day I was home and received a response telling me that the delivery would be delayed another week. I replied saying there was no need for this, but no one responded.I had to follow up via phone after hearing nothing a week later and was told I'd be called back. Never happened. Called the next day after 12pm and was told that my order would be looked into. 3 hours later I called again just to try and find where my order was only to be told it was waiting to be dispatched. Because of these delays I received my order nearly two weeks after the original delivery date and so my project is still ongoing.The quality of the product is excellent, especially for the price, but I have no idea why customer service is so poor. There was no explanation, no compensation and seemingly a distinct lack of concern. I understand delays and the difficulties business face, but it seems little trouble to me to follow up on orders that customers have paid for and in some cases arranged leave from work to carry out projects.Unlike others I won't give a single star rating solely based on delivery times & customer service, but it was a poor experience and I hope Plastic People work to improve as their pricing and products are very competitive.

Really unhappy with the service I have recieved, my estimated date for delivery surpassed I had to chase them to get a update, they said 5 days after. Then they stopped replying to me. I emailed several times. Then I had to call them to chase my order, Scott who works there then found my order where someone had put a note to say do not dispatch until 8th Oct. He asked me if I requested this, I said no. Read my emails I needed it ASAP. He arranged for it to be sent and he called me back a few times that day. I told him I was unhappy and I would be seeking a refund (specially delivery I paid for) and he agreed said 'we can look into this for you, lets just get your product to you'. Scott helped me that day and after two days I recieved my product. I then emailed to ask for my refund. Noone reply. Scott called me and said he did not say anything about a refund. I corrected him and he agreed minimum for the delivery and will look into more. Never came back to me. I emailed again. No reply. The product itself is ok but I am not happy with the wait and the awful communication I have recieved. It wasnt cheap either I paid alot of money for two frames and I want a refund for the poor service and additional waiting time. If I knew they would of taken that long I would have gone to another company.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO WAIT LONGER THEN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.

Most wonderful service (especially Rebecca!) - order was slightly delayed but that's life at the moment! Can't cry about a late delivery. They were so helpful advising on size and finish of the acrylic bespoke frame. I was't sure about how much border to leave round the edges form the picture I was framing and they were super helpful and knowledgable. Packaging was excellent. So well protected but easy enough to remove - nothing worse than a well package item that is a complete headache to unwrap. So please with quality and finish. Hope to order again soon.

Very poor customer service - placed an order on the 30th of November, now on the 14th Dec and being lied to about them being in touch. I've had 1 email stating about a delay but now they're stating that they have lost the picture for reference in my order and they had email me to ask for it. Wouldn't use this company again. Appalling customer service.

Got here eventually!Ordered on the 15th of November with an estimated delivery of the 25th of November. After chasing, I received the order on the 30th of November.The order was cut to the wrong size, so the company confirmed they would send a replacement cut correctly. Another couple of weeks and after chasing again I received the order on the 14th of December.Quality product but unreliable and slow service.
