Really bad experience here, don?t bother going if you like your hair at all!! The stylist and another girl proceeded to both brush my hair wet from the roots and drag down all the tangles (not a wet brush or tangle teaser in sight) ultimately matting the hair I ended up in tears and had to finally ask them to stop after trying to just be my ?too nice self? and letting them carry on but no, their response was oh you should of told us you had a sensitive scalp, I don?t but when my hair is being ragged down it would be sensitive and painful. No care for my hair taken which has left me with a painful scalp and breakage across my hair which will take lots of time and effort to get back to normal. I will never be returning and I would stay clear too if you have any love for your hairP.s I know salons brush hair wet but it?s always ever been with a wet brush or a tangle teaser as the hair elasticity when wet is far greater which leads to easier breakage and damage when being brushed with a normal dry hair day to day brush.

I cannot recommend this salon enough, especially if you have colour treated hair. very good attention to detail and delivering exactly what you ask. friendly staff- Emily did my hair better than I have ever had it done before, with a lot of effort and care-10/10

Highlights time. Went for lighter blonde shades to brighten me up expertly done by Christa as usual. Plus Carl reshaping my hair around my face making my hair more manageable for me is excellent. Came out feeling 100% better.?

Christa and Ruby were so brilliant and are absolute credits to the salon! First time at a new salon in a new area can be a bit intimidating but felt right at home in no time!I showed Christa pictures what I was looking for and everything she did was PERFECT! I had my hair styled by Carl on Tuesday. Delighted with the service, care and attention. Wonderful staff and consistent . Great advice. and I just can't fault them really happy I discovered this gem of salon yrs ago and the cuts are worth it, excellent and skilled staff.Always great to visit. Easy to find, opposite Crosshates station and this place is hard to beat and I totally recommend. Totally worth it. So thankful. My hairdressers!Services: Braids

First visit to this salon as My usual hairdresser has gone out of business. I have anxiety and hate getting my hair cut but everyone in the salon was very friendly and patient. They definitely put me at ease and made me comfortable. Every one was professional and took precautions for Covid so everything was nice and clean. I originally left a 2 star review on Treatwell and the reply I received from the salon warrants a 1 star review so leaving this here to warn others of this salon. I went in for a wet haircut, the hairdresser pulled and scratched my hair during washing and the service was very rushed. I shower her a picture of what I wanted and she said that style was not achievable with my hair which I accepted and we then agreed on something else. The result was not what we agreed at all, my hair is choppy and was cut in a rush. Another hairstylist confirmed it was done badly. The hairdresser let me leave with dripping wet hair which I mentioned in my Treatwell review. This never happened to me, not even in the cheapest salon I ever went to. The salon?s reply was that I was asked if I wanted it dried and I denied - a ridiculous lie. The hairdresser rushed through the whole process and couldn?t wait to get it done - they called this efficient service in their reply to my Treatwell review. Another laughable statement. Keep away from this salon, it?s not even comparable to a village salon. You will be treated like your business is not wanted and they have absolutely no skills in dealing with hair in a nice manner - your hair will get pulled, your scalp scratched and they?ll call that efficient service. Their customer service team has no skills in dealing with customers either, but they have the audacity to lie in their replies to bad reviews.Service: Hairstyling
