My family went into this shop and were all greeted with utter dusgust and disdain and an utterly appauling attitude by several members of staff. They were made to feel so uncomfortable that my family went to spend their money at the Oud pop up shop where the staff at fragrance shop could learn what real customer service looks like.I hope the upper management of this sorry state of a store looks at these reviews and for the sake of their business seriously review the employees at this store and send them all back to the chavvy council estate They sourced them from.

Made order in shop for next day delivery came up with order cancelled due to technical issues, and haven't received any refund, after call to customer service they told me that I have to go back to shop where I made order to get my money back, nonsense and waist of time.

Disgraceful customer service, had a box set labelled up on sale, put it through tills at higher price. So I questioned it and they wouldn't match their own label! Will never shop here again.
