Was falsely accused of stealing by staff member who aggressively grabbed what I was carrying from behind when - and this is the key part - when I was walking in the completely different direction to the front door. Generally the staff don't seem to have a clue and would not recommend the place.

Girl at till didnt look up from her phone once whilst scanning my stuff through. I get that its retail, its crap and most customers also don?t look up from their phone but really doesn?t look good. You can go on your ohone on your break, when there?s no customers or in half an hour when you?re closed.

I work in the hospitality industry close to this Tesco and go every day/night and tonight went on my break at 22.40 so I could go to Tesco for a meal deal and they stoped letting people in I got outside at 22.42 as I work next door. I was refused service and was told it was closed as other members of the public were in there. I am a regular at this Tesco express and I think closing early takes the piss when your closing hours are different online. Staff are rude and so is the security guard I am a sober guy just trying to grab a meal deal on his break at work and I?m not the type of person to leave a review but the way I was treated at the door I am fuming tbh.

Impossible to check out. They wouldn't let my friend buy an energy drink until they Id'd both him and me (We are both 20 and had our university lanyards on). Because 'we walked in together'. So dumb. We had to also wait because there was only one member of staff by the tills, for 5 tills.

Came in for some dinner on Sunday , great customer service and as I couldn?t find a product the shift supervisor caz helped me. Great store with some great helpful staff

The place has a bad selection of stuff, tried to buy a monster but both party's needed id even tho we both look of age, the drink wasn't for me but because I don't carry ID my friend couldn't have it then the guy proceed to sell 2 monster to others who looked younger and not ask for id

This shop has the wrong prices on things and when you get to the till they're more expensive. I didn't even get the proper amount refunded. Dreadful.
