The staff are friendly, helpful and do their job. Can?t say the same about the security. To be more specific he?s short, Asian, dark hair. He never fails to make me feel uncomfortable. He follows me around all the time, I believe it is racially (I am black). No matter what I am wearing, time? I?ve never stole anything in my life nor I ever will. I been to too many Tescos and this is the only one that ever made me feel uncomfortable to the point I am writing a review, because I am pretty sure I am not the only one who felt/ feel this way.

I go there most day before school and the help ,staff and cleanliness of the place is extrodenary. The lady at the checkouts is never in a bad mood , she's helpful , kind , caring. I could go on and on but really that lady needs a raise or even a promotion. Very pleased

Got charged £11 for two meal deals and the guy serving me insisted that this was the new price. Went back in later for jonnies and I was overcharged again, soI had to make an ordeal out of pointing out the real Price of My premium contraception. Just don?t wanna pay nearly double the price for my sustenance and anti baby devices.I think it was Greg, do you want to be the one to tell my parents that they?re gonna be grandparents? I don?t wanna be a dad you Tesco isn?t paying you More to overcharge me.

I was getting groceries the other day and was about to pay, when I saw my neighbor paying next to me and quickly said hi. Security guy came over and he asked to see my ID as I was buying alcohol as well. I showed him my ID but then he rudely asked to see my neighbor?s ID as well even though he wasn?t getting alcohol and even though we were not together. My neighbour didn?t have his ID on him.Then the manager came over and denied allowing me to buy the alcohol as they saw me talking to my neighbour. I explained I wasn?t even with him and they didn?t care. On the meantime another employee allowed 4 guys (came in together) to get their beers without checking their IDs.My brother was waiting nearby so I called him to come in and help the situation. He showed his ID to the manager but he was denied the alcohol as well due to ?conflict of interest??We then went to Sainsburys and bought everything from there ??Tesco fails to provide service and assist customers in simple things by making the situation unnecessarily difficult and by being irrational by not applying the same rules to everyone. I can?t help myself but think the whole incident happened because I?m foreign. Very disappointed?

Go in here everyday. Always under staffed. If you want to buy alcohol at the self checkout you can expect a 10 minute wait until a member of staff appears. Same if you want to be served at the counter. Staff seem to be preoccupied with restocking shelves. Feel a bit sorry for the staff. If you go in the morning don?t expect there to be any sandwiches on the shelves. They never seem to have any bread on the shelves either.

Bring back the old staff, new ones are useless and im not finding funny for them to mock me (ignorants)for asking for a product ( by they saying is discontinued ??? not true by the way), train your bloody stuff, what a wrong attitude ???
