The newest member of staff, 'Millie/Molly' is horrible.Her customer service skills are non existant, shes rude, arrogant and has an air of 'Im so much better than you'.Ive been going in this shop for years, never had a problem with any staff member before, but now, if I happen to see her before I go in, I dont go in. I'd rather give my hard earned money to someone who treats me with respect!Having spoken about her to a few of my friends, apparently its not just me.Sort it out Tesco, you're losing customers!!

MISERABLE MISERABLE STAFF at this Tesco express !! Specially one skinny woman .. ALWAYS MISERABLE AND UNWELCOMING! I GUESS TESCO NEEDS TO PAY THEIR STAFF AT THIS PARTICULAR STORE ?ENOUGHl SO THEY PUT AT LEAST FAKE SMILE ON THEIR FACE? Because NO ONE LIKES TO GO EARLY MORNING TO GET BREAK AND MILK AND SEE THEIR MISERABLE FACES!! The management really need to crack on with a deep clean inside and outside the store it is disgusting, and bins outside the door over flowing for days when it's well know that area has a rat problem is vile and not a good look.

The manager mark has a bad attitude wanting to debate bad fruit going off when he could have just done a straight swap. I had my reciept so why is he implying im lying and i dont know what bad fruit looks like. He said mango is suppose to be green. Not the inside. Just because i gave my opinion in a respectful way he called me argumentative and shouted at me after i made my way towards the stpre exit.
