I wanted to give a shout out to a Tesco Extra Seacroft employee, Sharon (not aware of her last name, apologies). She runs the children's crafts at the store. Whilst she is a store employee, she spends thousands of her own money on kids art and craft supplies to give children (many from disadvantaged backgrounds) the opportunity to create seasonal crafts. She does this all over Summer, Christmas, Halloween etc. She told me she spent £700 over Summer on supplies and spends over £4000 annually of her own money each year. She really cares about the kids and has regulars that love spending time with her that she has built relationships with. She is a true community hero. I hope Tesco rewards her, as they should - better yet perhaps Tesco could help fund it for the local community!

PSA customer service desk closes at 9pm. Store closes at midnight. 3 hours and staff a plenty but unfortunately unable to return or exchange.

I went shopping today for a pint of milk and ending up buying other stuff : forgot about milk!
Anyway I checked my receipt and things didn?t look right . I approached Jenny at the customer service desk and whilst it was myself that ultimately made a mistake Jenny helped me out
This young lady was fantastic in her approach and she did it without flapping or a sour face ( how could that face ever look sour) she is an absolute credit to Tesco : they have a great employee there at Seacroft super store . Jenny you are a Star !
Thank you
Ray

Disabled parking is very poor. Only 8 spaces, the car wash has more.

This is an expensive supermarket - and prices are inflated if not using their loyalty card!
My wife didn't check the use before date of the bread she bought. It was already one day out of date. Not good. We won't be going to a Tesco again.

Massive selection of products, Tesco clubcard discounts are good, worth checking what is on offer before visiting

So often runs out of basic items. Ironically the staff seem to be perpetually "stocking up" leaving the cages unattended down every aisle making it difficult to navigate.

Reasonable prices on the most products, always collects donations for charities and adds new items

I have just had the most appalling customer service interaction ever experienced. I patiently waited in queue at customer service desk and when it was my turn to interact I asked the gentleman employee if he would look at my receipt because I believed it to be wrong . In the most abrupt, rude manner he suggested I tell him why it?s wrong because he is not a mind reader as he pushed the receipt back towards me ! I quietly asked him to not speak to me in that manner or tone and he stated to me ? move on, not dealing with this , you get one strike and your out ? he said to his colleagues, not dealing with her , you deal with it !!! My husband and I was absolutely stunned as was his colleague, who I believed was very embarrassed but she did try to help . I instead on speaking to a manager , no voices raised by myself or my husband, no aggression was shown by myself or my husband and we did express our astonishment at the man being put on a front desk customer service who had obviously had no training in how to speak to customers and his aggressive behaviour that was absolutely uncalled for. The young manager did listen to my complaint but I?m not convinced it will be dealt with in the appropriate way. This store needs to get its act together regarding unqualified staff behaviour as this gentlemen most certainly is in need of training. The store in question is Seacroft super store in Leeds. I most certainly will not be frequenting that store again.

The toilets in this supermarket always smell diabolical, surely there must be something that can be done about this. Eg asking the cleaning company to user bleach.

The cafe is Not value for money and very impersonal, The auto ordering charges you more to add extra items (fair enough) but doesn't reduce the cost if you take items off, bit of a rip off

Cafe, order on screens. Oh god, how awful. Why do big corporations think more screens are good? ? I'll vote with my feet.
