Difficult to understand wine offer, big sign saying 25% off, bit difficult to understand which wines it allies to, so of the 6 bottles bought only 4 qualified so no discount, only realized when I got home.

Get your act together Tesco, freezer off now after so many times. Had to travel to
Seacroft. Been a loyal customer for years, it?s not worth the hassle. 30 years of celebration of poor service to machines, self check outs and freezers! Tesco makes millions, just not enough to have decent equipment. For the prices I may as well shop at Sainsburys and/or M&S, never anyone?s work self check outs or freezers. Shame on you for not keeping this up to date.

I purchased a bag of baby leaf salad recently and on the use by date of 11 July 2025 a beetle/bug walked out of the bag. I thought it would be useful/ helpful to notify Tesco via Email or Online about this. Just to let them know that if another consumer contacts them, they might want to let the supplier know. I have just found out it is impossible to send a simple message to Tesco. How poor is that? I am not even after compo!

So another homeless outside Tesco they like hanging outside the Tesco's in Leeds lots of Tesco's. The mens clothing selection was hardly there. The Birthday cakes selection was decent and the world foods was decent to. Asian young lad at the self service said it's cash only but I used the section for more shopping but only had a few items. Staff standing around having a good chat though it was a supermarket not a social club as you could work and talk.

I find loads of vegetables that other supermarkets don?t sell. I like cooking my Brazilian food, and in Tesco I can find various items like Biona Black beans, Chu chu, mandioca (frozen even) and cut Okra ( in English - Lady?s fingers)! Organic foods and my favourite French wines! ??

There is a tall Asian gentleman with glasses and short black hair who frequently works at the self-checkout area. On multiple occasions?three, to be exact?I?ve found his behaviour to be consistently rude and lacking in basic courtesy, which has ultimately led me to file a complaint.
He appears to act as though he runs the store, yet paradoxically adopts a victim mentality when confronted. On top of that, he has instructed other staff members to assist me instead of helping me himself, citing that he is not allowed to serve me. I would like to know who implemented this rule and why.
I?ve been informed by other employees that he is currently training to become a doctor. If that?s the case, I wish him the best?but considering his current attitude in a customer-facing role, I genuinely worry about the level of care and patience he might offer future patients.
