Caucasian doorman 3.00 Dec 23. Refused to show his licence to a member of the public when requested.member of public was not using violence or a threat.Therefore the operative acted illegally and should have their license removed.police have been informed.tesco will do NOTHING about this

Went in to buy some eggs. The colleague who got them out of the back from me was absolutly spot on. I asked if there was any restrictions. He advised me no. Went to checkout and before I could put them on the till belt, I had another colleague (Cath - Till supervisor/manager) in my opinion stating aggressively 'you can only take 2 because of a shortage'. I advised may I see some communications of where it states that as it doesn't state it on the app and neither on the shelf. The colleague who then continuing raising her voice said its from now. Then apparently Jamie talked through her headset and she advised him yes but this guy is getting argumentative. I advised as a customer it's my right to ask and I am not being argumentative i am just asking. This indivdual just decided to walk off and insult me under her breath. I have been shopping at this Tesco for over 12 months and I have not been treated in this manner by any of the staff there. Absolutly disgrace. The member of staff needs training on her language her tounge her body language and her manners. Was this because I am of BAME skin or background?

I locked my keys in my car in the car park. The Tesco supervisor couldn't have been more helpful or support. 1st class customer service.

Been in tesco bramley this afternoon 12 52 I wanted cash back so a member of staff advised me to go to the cig kiosk. We had bought some plants and some shopping .the member of staff didn't seem happy because she had to put them through her till.When i came to pay the member of staff wasn't happy because I could not find my card straight away. When I did find it she was very sharp with me and snaped YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR CARD IN FOR CASH BACK .I said sorry I didn't know .she never once gave me or my husband eye contact She never smiled or said thankyou . Common courtesy counts for alot when you are dealing with members of the public

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, the shop is clean, and generally I enjoy shopping here because the isles are wide and uncluttered. It's big enough to stock lots of items, but small enough that you don't have to walk miles if you forget something.

This is my local supermarket and I love it. Not too big, not too small. Generally get served quickly by actual human beings! Staff friendly and polite. They lose a star because the couple of times I?ve used the customer service desk they?ve been pretty rubbish. They seemed cross when I returned in-date gone-off strawberries. When I enquired about stock availability of a certain item they said it was impossible to have stock levels wrong due to the way they order it. Weird that, seeing as the shelf is always empty by 5pm and they don?t close until 5 hours later?
