Love Kismat. Don't live in Leeds, but this is my favourite late night foodie option. Tried various pizzas - meat feast, pepperoni, fave is Tariq special - so good. Chips are great abd I can get my mushroom bhaji fix too. The Lady on the counter is lovely - always smiling and helpful.

What a joke. Ordered a chicken tikka kebab on pitta. And got donner. Girl that served was more interested on looking outside than serving. Asked for salad. Mmmm brown lettuce, white onion and three bits of cucumber. That's not a salad. Where's the tomato? Freezing cold. Hadn't been cooked. I'm reporting these as I'm a chef myself. Disgusting place. Not sure if this takeaway is open or closed tbh I placed an order at 1am on the 15th(today) as was meant to be open while 3am took my money and never received the order tried calling god knoed how many times but you just get dissconnected everytime never recieved email conformation either.

ordered 2 donner kebabs and cheesy chips sat and waited 20 minutes while they served and delivered other customers food eventually asked where mine was to have my ticket grabbed off me and told it?d already gone and he stormed off to the back after 3 more attempts of telling him we hadn?t had our order and showing my transaction they decided to give me my food that?d been sat on the counter and become freezing cold while he laughed avoid at all costs absolutely rude

It was very busy when i went in. I waited to order after my friend as I couldn?t decide. After repeatedly being ignored by staff, I decide to ask a member of staff if I could be served. He replied ?you wait like I told you to wait, like I asked you to?. I had not interacted with this man before. I felt embarrassed in the shop and I did not want to order here anymore. Disrespectful staff

Rude staff that don't follow instructions.Wasted a order rather than re sending the driver.Can't follow simple delivery instructions.Don't waste your time if you need them to.call you as they are incompetent.You're an idiot if you add a delivery note with clear instructions as stated by there staff.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered on just eat, app said the food had been delivered but nothing turned up. Called the restaurant to end up speaking to the rudest employee who said I would need to pay for re delivery of food that would now likely be cold. Said the driver tried to call, and that I put in the wrong number which is not true. Employee ended up ending the phone, disgraceful service

How have you got a takeaway running YET you can't even order a chicken balti after 12am is beyond my understanding why even be open? Because the only thing I have ever ordered from you is a curry not no pizza or anything like that I'd say back in 2014, 2015,2016 you lot were my best place to order from but from time I can't even order a curry at this time speaks volumes goodluck one of your best customers has just revolted!
