We wanted some vinyl floor putting down in a room to be used as a studio/ workshop. We ordered samples and the contacted Tapi to arrange. There was some confusion, as they tried to arrange a fitter/ flooring for us between two stores - I believe this store, and one other one I can't remember.There was no site inspection, I believe due to the room being very small. The fitter arrived early. My partner was still out at this point - I was not too keen on letting the fitter in early, but did not want him to leave, so I let him in. I showed him to the room where the flooring was going down. He then proceeded to leave the room, open my bathroom door, which was purposefully shut, and say something like "This must be where I am working".What? Do you not think I know which room in MY OWN HOUSE is having work done? I have a strong feeling that if my partner was the one who let him in, he wouldn't have felt so comfortable barging into rooms he wasn't welcome in.It turns out they he could not work on the floor in the workshop room, as the floorboards were too uneven. This should've been covered in a site inspection. We then had to pay extra to get the floor levelled, and he had to come back on another day.I can understand the mix up, but it is extremely inappropriate to let yourself in to rooms in a house that you have not been told to go to. It is downright rude to assume that I wouldn't know which room in my own house is having work done.In the end, the flooring looked nice. It was quite different from the sample, but luckily it was actually nicer. I don't think I'd get flooring from them again due to the inappropriate fitter.-August 2022

We came in to homebase yesterday to look at some plants ideally Was greeted by a young lad, persuaded us to come have a look at tapi, he very well explained to us about who tapi was and what they do.Also advised us some excellent choice of carpets and luxury vinyls, service was great. Definetly will be booking a measure with tapi. As me and my wife are waiting for builders to finish on my new built house, we look forwardto having our new floor from tapi soon.

Lesley in store is a delight and very helpful. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on site and a tight deadline to install the carpet at the property, but with Lesley's help, everything got completed on schedule.I would highly recommend their services.
