Such a unprofessional and pathetic service they provide i been after 45 minutes of my appointment and she goes we didn?t received your prescription yet comeback after 2 hours i went there after 2.5 hours another lady attend me and she said we got your prescription but they worker who make prescription is on break come after 1 hour and when i mentioned i came here before she start saying i can transfer your prescription this that i pay for my prescription i am not asking for free i paid my NHS fee yearly what the hell totally rude service

Horrible experience, i went in for a regular shop yesterday and every staff member had a frown on their face. No one came to ask if i needed help. I finally found a sweet girl who helped me. I think her name was georgia or georgie i?m unsure. Out of all staff she was the only one with a smile on her face. Poor customer service from staff that day.

the staff here are rude, uninterested, from the people on the isle filling, who are more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than reluctantly helping.
to the people serving who always look dis-interested.
just rude, dis interested women working here. will be putting in a complaint with customer service

Why is your telephone line not connected? This is not a good way for the pharmacy to run!
Secondly my 70 year old mother came home very upset (she suffers with high BP and asthma) and is suffering from a chest infection.
Your staff took over 15 mins to dispense her medicine because you were talking to other customers WHILE dispensing her medicine.
You should finish with one PATIENT before going onto the next.
Very unprofessional and I do not recommend. I will be putting in a complaint to head office about this branch.

I had a flu jab appointment booked with confirmation email. Arrived early as directed but the shop was closed. Waited a while and eventually spoke to a member through the window who told me there no vaccinations today. I got a text 3 hours after the appointment to tell me that it had been cancelled. No apology

Walked around Leeds after a hospital visit to pick up a prescription and Superdrug come to the rescue. After stopping at 3 Boots pharmacies with no luck, these guys pulled through. Thank you!

On Wednesday a women at the end of the makeup isles whatever that area was, was staring me down, arms crossed over herself, staring at me down every isle trying to intimidate me because I had put my shopping in the bottom of the pram whilst I held my baby who was crying in the pram prior. Made to feel like some criminal for no reason. Apart from that it's such a good super drug!

Took a wartner wart freezer back that didn't work lost receipt but got bank statment wasn't interested i have worked in sales know they can help just exchange with their suppliers no problem staff unhelpful
