Such rude staff today - came in 5 minutes before they closed and we knew exactly what we wanted so we said that?s fine. The girl on the door was lovely and another came across straight away and told us again we have 5 minutes, we said of course that?s fine, she comes up while we are queuing and says rudely ?closing in 2 minutes?, so we said we know and we?ve got our stuff. Despite the apparent urgency to be closing the staff were messing around together having a joke making us wait for longer and when it was time to pay the same girl who told us twice how we had 2 minutes left was super rude and blunt, no manners at all. On the way out again the girl on the door was lovely and said thanks guys. Will be going to another superdrug from now on.

I was in Leeds with my friend
We went to the store to get some skin care products and make up before we leave the city
While we shopping the lady in the front handing out basket and one staff member and the security member were looking at us and whispering because we are members of LGBT+ community after the purchase few seconds after we left the store they were laughing at us the moment we left
That totally unacceptable and disgusting behaviour extremely disappointed by the discrimination against the LGBT community
Investigation should be done and staff needs to be trained how accepts and respects everyone regardless the gender or sexual or identity
I hope the store manager can do something about that so next time when teenagers from the LGBT community can feel safe and respected regardless whatever you buying from the store
The time we left the store 12.34 pm on August 11 in case if the want to check the security cameras
Until we receive an apology I don?t recommend the store for any LGBT member

This beauty shop is amazing, Sonal is lovely and made me feel so welcome also Sonal fit me in at short notice., my eyebrows look the best they have ever looked she is very professional.
