Customer service is full of amazing personalities, polite, friendly, helpful and willing to interact with their customers ? unfortunately white rose super drug and Ellie have non of the characteristics above. Moody, short, can?t be bothered, rude and totally dismissive the perfect recipe for an awful experience, fortunately I always have such a lovely time in the main Leeds location in the centre of town I?ll continue to shop there, but I?ll never go to white rose Superdrug for a few bits again. If you don?t enjoy your job find a new one I say.

Products are good and reasonably priced compared to rest. But the staff out of six. Ones shouting over you to her mate that's got of dinner. Ones on perfumer counter hiding in corner on her ohone because of boy issues, another's by beauty studio..... wait for it...... on her phone cause she hiding in a corner. And then the last the one that actually served us clearly didn't wanna be there she was asking us questions and I'm defo not hard of hearing and it was like she was just mouthing the words to us she actually sighed as I paid lol. I shop there for ease that's it.

**This is a poor review for the Superdrug Beauty Salon:
On every occasion we visit, we always ensure we contact the beauty store prior to our visit. We travel from further away (17 Miles), hence we contact before setting off- to ensure that there is somebody available to thread eyebrows. It?s the third occasion now that we have contacted the store, attended the store to find that there is only one staff member working; who is not trained to complete eyebrows to the standards of each customer/client. Each and every individual has a choice as to how they would like their eyebrows threaded.
I was told by John on the phone that there would be all staff available but found it difficult to specify when the majority of them will not be here (end of day). I have travelled several of miles (which is fuel!)to get my eyebrows done to then get turned away. This is unacceptable.
This behaviour will not benefit Superdrug, but will ultimately result to a loss of customers. I will not be visiting Superdrug in White rose ever again.
Apologies Superdrug Beauty Salon- i will happily take my Business elsewhere.

Really great service from jade at whiterose Superdrug. She assisted me really well and let me know about the deals so I wouldn?t miss out on my free gift and attended to me while working the till so polite very happy made my morning and I didn?t miss out on the offers :)

Got there at 5 minutes to closing and the women said there closed I only needed 1 item I would be straight In and out should say it closes five minutes before closing time on website so I don?t waste my time or not close till time advertised

Was at the store earlier today not only was zenaam a young pretty women she was also very helpful even though they didn?t stock the product I was after she recommended a shop that would definitely gonna go back to see that amazing smile again . Don?t let these negative comments put you of from shopping at the store

This review is for the perfume shop inside superdrug so since it's in there I'm guessing I'm leaving the review on the right page. Click and collect is not 30 mins, it's in fact a call to head office who can't even get hold of the staff there via phone so have to email them to pick my order asap. 4 hours later I get an email to say it's ready to collect. I then made my way to the store, waited behind a customer who was being served and once they were done, the lady with the grey hair somehow couldn't see me. She continued with her display, facing me, but did not look up to ask what I needed nor say whether she'd be with me in a moment.I waited patiently and stepped closer to no avail. I eventually moved down to the next till to the young lady there and told her I have an order to collect. Absolute joke. The only difference between me and the customer ahead of me was the colour of our skin. Say no more

Staff was very rude very abrupt and unprofessional.Don?t even have the decency to listen to my issue instead stated I no your issue I can?t do anything about it.Whilst another store was prepared to help me and go out of their way to give me their time to resolve the issue by exchanging the item and giving me the correct one will never shop here again!

I came to get my ear pierced and chose a ring I wanted. The lady pierced me white the wrong earring and I wanted the one I initially asked for and I had to pay for one the one I didn?t want and the one I wanted. Horrible.

Love it, great shop but it was a red hot day and they had no air conditioning on the poor staff and customers were melting, products are great here wish it was bigger.

This is a large Superdrug store inside the White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds, while it lacks a Pharmacy, the store still is a decent size and has a good selection overall, including a small range of basic medications such as paracetamol and cough medicine.The selection of both men's and women's toiletries is quite extensive, but I would compare pricing with Boots elsewhere in the mall, as some items are considerably more expensive here, or in some cases considerably cheaper.The store layout is easy to follow and familiar to anyone who has visited a Superdrug store before.The staff members don't seem too polite or helpful, and some shelves and aisles do often appear to be blocked for restocking during busy periods, rather than doing it when the store is quiet to cause minimal disruption.3* - A nice store for the White Rose, especially when supported by similar stores nearby, despite a couple of minor problems.
