Went in today and was helped by a really friendly member of staff (Blonde lady, stood by the door) who helped me to find an item that was not out on the shelves, she went into the back and was happy to get it for me. Had a good experience and will definitely be back ???

Double bad experience here-- I will go on to describe.
First time-- the worker at the entrance gave me a cold stare, I smiled, and guess what... "?"... scary stuff. It was near Halloween too! Anyway I shrugged that one off.
Second time-- a few days ago, I bought a pregnancy test from here after having a pregnancy scare. As I was choosing, two workers near me were laughing which really did put me off. When I went to pay for it, the person at the till made it incredibly awkward for no reason. Why not treat me like a regular customer?
Even if they are cheaper than boots, don't waste your emotions and time in this place-- soul sucking and draining

Visited the store today, it was very busy however the queue went down quickly. friendly staff, very helpful especially with cosmetics. ariana on makeup aisle helped me look at every makeup brand to find an eyeliner she was very helpful

The latest retailer to install self checkouts but none were in use... massive queue to be served just walked out and didn't bother purchasing

Awful. worst service i have had at a superdrug store.
