The staff in this branch are absolutely miserable. It?s near impossible to get help without a shrug & a deep sigh from them. I can?t count how many times they haven?t even looked at me when I?ve been paying, let offered a greeting. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the security guard is a gem, he is the a delight, I would give him the shop to run single handedly.

I would avoided getting brows threaded at the beauty studio. I am used to threading pain but this was next level, the thread snapped every 10 seconds and the lady kept tugging at big chunks of my skin. I have small cuts around my brows where she has caught my skin. It was really painful, slow and there are still hairs around my brows which should have been plucked. £9 is also steep compared to other places.

Just had threading for the first time with Loveleen at Headingley store. Lip, brows and chin. Amazing results, very impressed. I'm now a convert and will be back!

I've been waiting over three to four working days for a package i never received i spoke to the staff on whatspp and im not getting a straight forward answer about where my package is and i keep getting cut off the chat they may be short staffed but if i order from this place theres no guarantee im going to get my package and i didn't even get refunded Id recommend that no one vebture to this place to arrange vacation click and collect

I?d give zero star if i can give they scan 2 times my item and i showed them and they refunded wrong item which is less money and then i decided to refund them and i refunded me less money after that i realized and go back and guy said i try to catch what an excuse. Never shop again. Worst branch ever.

Great Staff are main reason I shop here.The staff in Headingley Superdrug, Leeds are always friendly, polite and professional. Maybe because it?s a student area and they are enjoying student life in Leeds. Give them a bonus please!

Popped in for a couple of maternity bits. Prices are good, and store is well stocked.The reason I?m giving three stars is because the force of sale at the counter, I was asked if I wanted chocolate, hand sanitizer and a Superdrug card - your poor bloody staff!! People want to buy what they want to buy not be offered all sorts of other rubbish at the till.
