Suppose to be open until 8pm. Rushed there after work and could not get my hair cut. Took 44 mins to get there. Don't go by the opening times as my time was just wasted.

Went in on Monday to get my mum's hair cut. When we arrived we were pleased to see it was the lady who cut it before, so thought my mum was going to get the cut she wanted as previously the lady did a perfect job. While we waited we could see she was explaining to her manager that we were there waiting outside but instead of leaving her to get on with it the manager decided she was going to do it. My mum is devastated as the cut is bad and she's given her a boy's hair cut as the manager had already spoke over my mum as she's in a wheelchair as if my mum couldn't answer. They have lost a customer just because the manager couldn't listen to her team members and definitely isn't customer minded. My mum doesn't ever want to go back but is so upset as the one person who did manage to do it perfectly works there and now we have to try find someone else to try get it right.

Well they say 8 pm as closing time but they won?t take you in at 7:15pm. So basically if it?s not open for customer till 8 then timing should be mentioned as 7:15pm or 7:30 or whatever but not 8 pm.

I love the convenience of popping into Supercuts without an appointment. I had time to do some shopping nearby while waiting for the text saying they were ready for me, and it was lovely to be recognised. Lisa cut my hair dry which surprised me (I had requested a dry cut but they usually spray with water) but I was pleased with the result.I'll be back for my regular trim ?

They always overcharge when I book in white rose. I booked my daughter?s haircut for £36 no preference and she charged £44 without consulting if anything charged more or anything. It was the same with my son but with my son she did not even get near his hair style and butchered his hair for £28.Service: Shampoo & conditioning

Wanted a dry cut for my daughter. Was told £21 for up to an inch but any more than that is £26.50. So 2 inches off and 6 mins work for £26.50. Rip off. Wont be frequenting again!

The woman who cut my hair was really lovely and she did a good job however I was a bit surprised with the cost. I was just having a hair cut, all one length so no messing with details or layers and I didn?t have it washed styled or dyed. I was in there for 5 minutes. And got charged £25. So how much would it have been for a wash and dry as well? Because that is a bit outrageous in my opinion. Not a lot of hair was cut off either. The last time I got my hair cut washed and dried it cost £20. So what?s up with that? On their website it says £20 for a cut and £25 for wash and dry including hair cut. Extra for styling and straightening. I won?t be coming here again until prices change unfortunately. It?s a shame too because the staff were really nice and friendly. Ridiculous prices.
