I recently had a disappointing experience with Subway on Sunday 3-4pm. I asked the employees simple questions about my food. Customer service was very bad and the stuff was very unhelpful. One staff member came very close to me and was being rude. The lack of respect for my medical condition which I explained is unacceptable and I left Subway feeling insulted.

This store doesn?t even deserve a 1 star; Rude and unhygienic staff with bad attitude and when u want to redeem any points of subway app, I.e, if there is 30% off something they?d say ?oh we don?t do this here at this store? but are quick to overcharge u. Alongside this the Ethiopian girl who works there mutters something under her breath and when u ask what did you say, she replies ?nothing?. I won?t be going to this store anymore and neither will my friends or family. We will stick with the Moortown subway which is actually clean and not dirty with ants crawling on floor. I will also be reporting this store to trading standards and food hygiene to come and review this store as it is under new owners for the past 1.5/2 years. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Not a lot to say here really, so kept very simple.
Food is great in my opinion, the variety, its preparation and execution.
Service makes it even better, always happy to have a laugh with some of the ladies behind the counter. Very interactive and personalised. Main reason I keep visiting really.
Atmosphere is what it is: a small takeaway shop with a couple of tables and a counter. Never seen too many customers at the same time whenever I visit.
All in all, a great place to grab a quick bite!

We always get the same when go come here ( tuna foot long ) today we went and asked for the same all salad on it, tuna cheese and toasted but when I took a bite I noticed there?s no tuna or cheese in my sub! Only salad and sauce. When I asked the lady she got my order wrong she says it?s not her fault and she can?t do anything about it, what a waste of money absolutely ridiculous. She lied and said that?s what I ordered like I don?t know what my order is. Dont know her name but I know her face!

My 12 year old son has visited this Subway branch every Saturday for over a year. He loves Subway and this branch is conveniently located for a well deserved treat after football training. The branch used to be excellent but, slowly, greed has overtaken customer services. It started with signs going up announcing that they don't participate in Subway promotions. When the menu changed and my sons favourite sub was removed, there was zero flexibility (other Subways continued to make it for him). As he got more confident he started to ask if he could go in store and order his sub himself, whilst I waited outside. Again, all started well. Friendly, polite, ordered, points collected, all good. The first couple of times he tried to use his points to claim his free sub their "systems weren't working" and so he had to pay. Last week it was "sorry, you have to be over 18 to claim your points". There is alway an excuse. I went in to speak to them and was told if I'd been with him, he could have used his points. It is "policy". Despite happily giving him the points every week for months previous, knowing they would never let him redeem them. They got their policy folder out and shoved it under his nose, stabbing their finger at "the rules". Poor kid was embarrassed in front of other customers and told he had to pay. No thought to tell him that, if he came to get me, they would except the points. It's a sandwich for goodness sake. The kid comes in every single week! Just give him the free sandwich. Unbelievably poor customer experience.

I had asked about their offer but they said they did not do the footlong offer for £4.99 so was not happy but everything else was excellent - very good service and the food was good too.

Fridge lid open at all times when it supposed to be kept in controlled 3degree temperature, we popped in at 4pm, all the meat was greasy and slimy already cause it?s afront of baking oven with open fridge lid, reported to FoodStandardAgency, shocking standard that with 3 girls behind counter doing absolutely nothing on Sunday 7.01.24

I am disgraced that Subway have a car parking company issuing parking tickets extremely aggressively outside the shop.Early morning before the shop was open I dropped my wife off on the street. I pulled on to the space, she climbed out and drove off.I have appealed the decision which has been declined. So I have been fined £100 for 90 seconds.It is disgusting that companies like this are contributing to our local community in such an aggressive negative capacity. I am appalled and will boy-cot the brand, which I was a regular customer.
