So I asked for wrap the women looked me like I she had no clue in what I was asking she then made it wwnt to eat it looks like a child had made it it also wasint even nice tast like rubber hard to bite. Not gone liue but customer service is shocking with stuff specially when you walk in they look at you with disgust

I travel the UK as a service technician and always visit subway for a healthy salad and this is literally the smallest salad portion size I have ever had.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken tikka and tuna mayo, chicken tikka made first, then tuna mayo. Tuna mayo scoop covered in tuna mayo.
Lady took my chicken tikka out of oven, and went to get salad, (picking it up and putting back in), I?d asked her to change glove as she?d not changed since touched scoop covered in fish, as I don?t eat fish, and she?s just wiped her hands on uniform, and couldn?t understand I was asking her to change glove, and she just passed sandwich onto other staff. I felt uncomfortable with eating the salad, with not eating fish (complete disregard to cross contamination and allergic reactions was now out the window).
We?d been in the shop for 15 minutes eating our sandwiches and I?d not seen the staff member change her gloves once since we arrived.

Just ordered a chicken tikka footlong and there is basically no chicken in the sandwich i took a bite and just got bread not impressed

It's possibly one of the worst and disappointing subways we've ever had. Sandwich was very poor quality.

Ordered through the App but when i go to store to collect it they told me they are not taking any orders through the Subway app and only take the justeat orders. had to speak with the manager to sort it out and the 1st comment was cancel the order and place a new order from the store. but I received the confirmation throughout the email and also the app saying my order is accepted. had to spend 30-40 minutes throughout my lunch break to argue with the manager (not sure she is the manager or not) to get the order still there wasn't any rush in the shop and there was another guy with the same issue in the shop (XPGUF)

Food was OKBut what frustrated me was that the employee never told me about the free kids meal with every footlong, which I had just purchased.When asked if I could have the free meal she told me she couldn't do it as I didn't ask when I purchased my footlong.Safe to say I won't return

Lovely place. Courteous staff and the toilets are neat.Parking: There is 3 parking spots directly in front of the subway but I guess you could use the parking spots adjoining the place.
