It's a subway. bad bread, slightly dry sandwich, and the decoration is like a gas station.
DP though, the server that was on on Thursday night on the 7th of November, was excellent! she was very friendly and very helpful.

This has never been the best of branches - crowded & untidy at peak times with very slow service. But my latest visit took the biscuit - arrived at 5.15pm, the shop is completely deserted, waited 5 minutes for a member of staff to appear who told me mid-order that it was takeaway only. The shop is open for another two hours. I give up...

The worst Subway experience i had!!I ordered a footlong and wanted to use the £4.99 offer on it. When i pay, i double confirmed that my food is eligible for it, scan my QR code and the employee also confirmed that I am using the offer. But later when i checked my receipt, i saw that it?s in the usual price!Then i went to confront them.But they refuse to admit that it was their fault on operating the payment system.They BLAMED me for not checking through my account to make sure I can use the offer, which i actually DID, even with the employee!! And went on to accuse me for disturbing them and wasting time as they are busy doing others? orders.At last, they said there is nothing they can do for this, and have the audacity to ask me to use the offer next time!WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY OR ADMITTING THAT IT IS THEIR FAULT!!Worst service ever!

Very dissatisfied with my experience. 2/10 sandwich quality. First experience in Uk Subway, satisfied that I won?t be having a second. Extremely light veggies, and forced me to take what was on an apparent ?pre-made sub?, same deal with the sauce. Won?t be returning here.
