Ignorant rude staff who simply didn't care, really challenging staff member didn't get his name unfortunately but he was working around 6pm on Friday 12th Got my order wrong and got aggressive with me for it.

Agree with the last review - I was told it was Halal but found out later on that it wasn't. Terrible!

Disgrace, if you ask they state the food is Halal however it's not. Reported to Subway to take action. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

The fact that we have to leave even one star is too much. The customer service at this branch was appalling. The staff were tutting, sighing, rolling eyes and muttering under their breath as well swearing. Another staff member yelled at us from across the store despite being wrong in whatever he was yelling at us about. It was such a hostile environment that we felt so uncomfortable we had to leave. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I was a regular customer but won?t be going back. Their names were Ding and Toushan.

Very bad experience with staff. When I showed my subway card to the staff before I order to check my points balance she told me how much balance I have. After I ordered and wanted to redeem points they said the machine is not working to redeem points.I have worked in fast food industry before and I know employee's lies when it comes to redeem rewards points.A very bad experience.

It is not better to eat in a restaurant. The noise is very loud. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is also delicious. The place is central London, so there are many public bus and taxi stops. You have the right to choose everything in the sandwich. As for the prices, they are somewhat overpriced. Most of the staff are great and provide fast service as well. If you work near it then it will be the best choice.

I always have the most amazing experience staff are so kind and a special shout out to Skaiste I believe her name is I hope that's right, always puts a smile on my face with amazing customer service and I get GF sandwiches and she ALWAYS makes sure everything is clean and notify staff to change gloves and be careful and always gives the best experience whenever im in if there was an employee of the month id hope it goes to her

I entered subway in Vicar lane Leeds at 1715 on 13th of October, I ordered a salad and watched as she constructed it, before she finished she asked what time I'd be leaving, there was about 75 minutes until closing, so advised it would be quite a bit before she closed, but she kept pressing me for a timescale, I felt under pressure to eat as quickly as I could, I asked what time she wanted me to leave a number of times, but she was none committal, but said she wanted to close the eat in area, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a loyal customer, in the end I left and advised I was going somewhere that I would be valued, how dare I expect you to serve with only 75 minutes to closing, I'm so sorry to have inconvenienced you

Very unhygienic place, no serviettes, tables where filthy, drinks machine covered sugar and liquids. Sandwiches poorly packed.Will not be visiting again.

Unfortunately as others have said, grumpy staff, poor portions. If you don?t have supersonic hearing they get grumpy as I asked a lady to repeat herself as she was spinning around to the oven. She then pointed to lettuce and spinach and said ?that or that?. Really not necessary, did enjoy watching others get similar treatment so made me feel less stupid
