Served in the whiterose subway. It was like every thing was too much effort. Ordered nachos. The cheese was put in one big clump in the middle. Asked for sweet corn instead of jalapeños. Told we don?t offer that. Until the male whispered let her have them Poor customer service. Needs sorting out. Never had that before from any other subway

never actually received a complete order from these. apparently it isn?t their fault and all they can do is ask you to order again!! I would recommend ordering food from anywhere but here!! would give less than 0 stars if possible so not happy!!

Got my order wrong and when they noticed the manager didn't care and just told them to do it anywhere shouting at the staff.

The manager at white rose today was an unpleasant person to say the least, I asked for a 6inch and he made me a footlong which I didn?t realise until they tried to charge me for a footlong, then he had the cheek to tell me to remind him if it was a six inch when he saw me making the footlong sandwich. He argued with me in front of everyone of which I reminded him it was not my responsibility to tell him how to do his job. Won?t be coming here again and subway should seriously give this guy some customer service training

Cross contamination of fish, meats, cheeses, eggs ect in toppings bar. When questioned why there was meat in my cheese they shrugged it off and ignored. Nuzhat was rude, and dismissive.

The Manager Mathew through to the bin 2 sandwiches when asked to add more black Oliver oils for my son. What a service Washington food when people have nothing to eat!!!

Make your own footlong chicken subway meal deal. Made my own version of the tex max with chicken breast, peppers, cheese, lettuce and chipotle sauce. Was great with the Doritos which came as part of the meal deal and meant it was cheaper ??
