I?m a regular Subway customer (3 times a week), but I had a very unpleasant experience at your [18, otly road, headingley time around 11:40pm ] on [15/11/2024]. The employee, Mr. Ali, was rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable.
I?ve never encountered this level of service at any other Subway, and I hope you can address this issue to ensure better customer experiences in the future.
And i never wants to visit this shop again.

Says its open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, but I went in before then and they told me they were not open.

If I could leave no stars I would. We waited over an hour of a SANDWICH. They served people that ordered over half an hour after us first when we finally got our order she made it wrong. Told me I was wrong even tho I had show her on the app that I was correct. HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER COMING BACK

I visted subway on wednesday 7th February as i was working in headingly that day. When i came there was a rude lady working who was rude to the customers in front of me. They had the £4.99 on any footlong sub which was with the app. I downloaded the app last night and as i tried to scan it she said that it wasnt showing on the system which i insisted that i had the app and i was eligible for the deal. She then raised her voice at me and threatened to call the police when i asked for the manager or a corporate number, she proceeded to call the police on me the customer and said i was harrasing her which was a completely false accusation and was only esclating the situation, but luckily i started recording as soon as she raised her voice for my own protection which i am glad i did as she started making false accusations.I would recommend not to go to this subway as the staff are very rude and she did not change her gloves when touching meat then touching the salad which is a massive no no in the food industry as there are vegetarians around that do not want greasy meat on their salads. I have contacted coporate and will look to take action against this franchise of subway due to the unfair and potentially racist treatment i recieved.

Rude woman took my order, I walk in and she says nothing to me and keeps talking to her friend in another language. She asks me what I want, I tell her. She proceeds not to make it and just talk to her friend. I?d understand if she was busy but she very obviously wasn?t. A nice guy came over to do my order because she wasn?t, she shooed him away to the back and then for another minute, didn?t make my sandwich and just talked casually to her friend. A solid 5 min of watching her have a chat. I asked for a sandwich that was shown on the board, she didn?t know what it was and made me something completely different and something I didn?t want. She almost charged me extra after I already told her I had a discount. She then walks away after throwing my sandwiches on the counter. I stood there for 2 minutes whilst she chatted to her friend before she even noticed me. I had to ask for a bag and napkins. She was just rude and the customer service was tragic. I know it?s only subway but get a grip I want my sandwich.

As sarcastic the last comment sounds, to reiterate, PLEASE do not give this business your custom else you will possibly end up in hospital like i did with food poisoning.

If you want to get ill then this is the place for you!!! Cannot go wrong for a sore throat. They use the most oldest food ever! You cant beat it.
