They forgot my free birthday cookie! ? But seriously, best subway I've been too. New starter working on the tills so delays and mistakes are to be expected - who hasn't been in a new role at someplace? Friendly staff, usually quick and fresh food.

I never put a review for Subways as it?s my favorite place to get my lunch or my subs anywhere i travel, but unfortunately not this time as i was shocked.
First of all, i give a full respect of the staff at the counter as they were working hard and i can see that.
But first time i tried this branch, i ordered via the app as i do usually, created my own sub (Footlong Philly Steak) came to collect it which was ready on time so nothing wrong with the and the service, but opened it and started eating it and I added my own salad but noticed that few things missing such like onions, Sea Salt, Crispy Onions, Mixed Peppercorns so not even one item missing, anyway i asked the staff about which kindly added them and apologized.
After i ate, i went to the toilet and here was the shock, disgusting toilet, i doubts if this been cleaned for a while, i took some photos to be sent to health and safety, food hygiene department to deal with it ASAP. I couldn?t use it due to dirtiness and when i tried to wash my hands, there was no soap!!!
This is not acceptable at all, i hope someone from Subway team see this and deal with it straight away.
Vegetarian options: They have a wide vegetable menu, such like different types of salads and also few Subs and sandwiches options to choose from
Parking: They have their own parking but unfortunately it is not clear where exactly to park as it seems to be a shared parking with the GP practice next door, i believe that they need to have a big clear sign advertising where is the subway car park and which side is the GP one.

An hour and a half for a delivery ten minutes down the road. Endless excuses when I ring up and ask what's going on. The second lass I spoke to was pleasant at least.

I find it worth the trip over the closer option in Seacroft.The staff here are very friendly and serve with a smile. The restaurant is immaculate and tidy, truly spotless. For parking, it's advisable to park opposite McDonald's where there's ample space.They offer gluten-free bread, and the staff is diligent about changing gloves when handling it to prevent cross-contamination.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available.

full respect to the people at the counter, but i just got the vibe that they had no idea what they were doing? my 14 year old sister could do better at the job.changed my 6 inch to a 12 inch, burnt the lady in front of me?s nachos and put the wrong sauce on her saladthey seem like lovely people but i just want to be served correctly.Vegetarian options: vegan steak, vegan patty etc
