I waited over 10 minutes today for 2 lattes. Short staffed but they were more interested in doing drinks for people who had ordered on Deliveroo.

The sign on the door indicated that the store would open at 6:30 AM on December 24th, but it remained closed until 7:30 AM. Perhaps they experienced an unforeseen delay or decided to start their Christmas celebrations early. Many customers arrived expecting the store to be open, only to leave disappointed upon finding it closed.

Staff turn around is super high. Always a new person working in there.
The one experienced person in there is so overworked that you?d dread asking them anything or they may flips the cups and walk out.
There are some places you just don?t wanna go there because they?re opposite of a warm friendly place. This Starbucks is the right example of such a place

I recently ordered two medium lattes to go, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. After waiting around for 20 minutes, I noticed that everyone who ordered after me had already received their drinks. When I finally asked about my order, I was told there was no record of it.
A person, who seemed to be the shift manager, approached and made me feel as if I was lying about having paid for my order 20 minutes earlier. I explained that perhaps the person at the till misunderstood my order or my name, as there were two (completely different) drinks sitting there under a name that didn?t even resemble mine. However, instead of resolving the issue, the manager implied it was somehow my fault for not having a resit or the the mix-up in the first place. My only mistake was not actually asking for the resit (lesson learnt).
Beyond this specific incident, I've noticed a significant drop in customer service and atmosphere at this location over the past two years. The staff seem so uninterested in their work, and their expressions show it. You end up feeling more like an intruder than a valued customer.
I don?t usually write negative reviews, but the customer service here has become incredibly disappointing. I left feeling as though I was being accused of some sort of coffee scam. This was a truly terrible experience, and I certainly won?t be coming back.

And the car park is only 30 mins or else a fine.

The young lady who served us this morning seemed to be having a difficult time and was not very friendly towards us or another foreign customer. She prioritised the British customer's order, leaving us waiting for quite some time. Her attitude was quite shocking, as she did not smile or interact with us at all. When we pointed out that our coffee was made incorrectly, she made a face and seemed annoyed. While waiting for her to remake our drink, we noticed her gossiping about us with what appeared to be her manager. In contrast, there is another lady here who is always smiling, welcoming, and interacts with all types of customers. She seems to genuinely enjoy her job and has a wonderful personality. I believe her name is Joe, if I'm not mistaken.

Typical Starbucks but with very uncomfortable seats and tables. The atmosphere is quite bland. I would try the other coffee shops - the local ones - on Street Lane.

First ever visit to a Starbucks.
Very unimpressed.
The service was extremely slow.
When l arrived there was only one customer and three staff.l assume they had been busier earlier as tables had not been wiped.
Waited about 10 minutes for a flat white.
No customer engagement.
It then got busier as a nearby Park Run had finished.
One of our party didn't bother to order as we would all have finished.
No tables were wiped for the duration of my visit.
Chef Michael OHare called in to collect a coffee can only imagine what his thoughts were.
No an experience l would want again and certainly for a fairly affluent area the standards were poor.

Been coming to this store for the past 3 years I live down the road a 3 minute walk, but the standards have gone way down which is a shame as the location is perfect, right near the park. The drinks are made terrible by certain baristas, the servers are really rude. The place doesn?t look like its run properly at all, its dated decor, tables are always full of rubbish.The only ray of light and constant at this place is the wonderful barista Kay, it looks like she is the only one who knows what?s she?s doing, she greets you with a friendly smile and always gets my drink right. She isn?t rude like the others, it takes ages getting your drink as sometimes there?s only 1 or 2 people serving. More friendly staff and cleaning standards required..

Terrible and slow service didn't bother to give me a straw with my iced latte in the 30 minutes it took for me to queue and get one my drink had totally melted.
