Extremely disappointed. Had a too good to go collection till 7:15PM I reached the store by 7:10PM. The store was closed.

Same Starbucks coffee but got served by the most lovely lady! She was so kind! I didn?t get her name but she was working 23/04 in the morning

Nice large building with plenty of space, not cramped like some coffee shops locally. Dog friendly too which is a big plus for me.

British guys are nice but that slightly brown old ?joker? should be fired for doing pranks on people and laughing at their accent.
You might be surprised but I do can tell which coffee is decaf. ( he laughed that i wouldnt )
Person like that shouldnt be working in the place where diabetics and people with high blood pressure come.

This is a pretty standard Starbucks, where the app is accepted.Not a huge amount of seating, but I have also never seen it full and there is seating in the reception area of the hotel, as well as outdoor seating if required.Staff are friendly, and service was OK, but not speedy/efficient.Overall, a good experience. ??

I love Starbucks Chapel Allerton. It?s a really lovely place. Big improvement since new manager came on board. A lovely place for coffee and nibbles.
