Coffee was pretty average, however I had an extremely strange experience when a man, presumably a member of staff, came up to me and started incoherently rambling whilst being uncomfortably up in my face. The entire time it felt like I was about to be mugged or forced to defend myself, will not be returning if this absolute critter works there

I don?t normally review Starbucks, but this one really stands out in terms of atmosphere. Overlooking Briggate and Thornton?s Arcade, it is well worth a visit. Plus it is open till late in the evening. There are plenty of tables upstairs, good wifi, ideal for remote working.

Most of the empty tables had left overs from previous costumers on them, nobody cared to clean them.The person I ordered to, did not even know what espresso macchiato is!! I explained the drink for him!

Izzy(Coffee Master Apron) was on till, was very rude and unprofessional. Even though the store seems to be empty she seems to be busy with not attending the customers and her own business. Mostly unpleasant customer service and a liability to the store.

No signal because they blocked. I tried it. No option for work. Not recommended if you want to work from the coffee shop.
