At first I thought it was just me but apparently this is a regular occurrence, staff standing around yabling and cant be bothered to do their job but still take home a wage. I waited more than 5minutes to get served at the counter, meanwhile the que was building.. I left and went to Café Nero instead instant service and a smile.. Starbucks do you think your that good you've got the arrogance to keep customers waiting in such a manner... disgraceful... never again.
This is the second time I have ever left a review let alone a bad one...

The barista snatched my money from me and short changed me. When I asked for the right change she pulled a face and refused to believe she did anything wrong. Of course, I won't be going there again but for feedback purposes they should consider improving their customer service and math if they can read figures from a till!

We came for a welcome cup of tea but there was sadly no decaf tea. Then proceeded to use the loo which was disgusting. The seat was loose, no toilet roll or soap and worst of all someone had left ? streaked down the bowl. It was also very dirty and generally unpleasant. Please check your loos regularly as customers really want a clean toilet.

Disinterested staff and toilets which have no paper or a working hand dryer. Dirty plates and cups everywhere.

Should have read the reviews! Cortado orderd £3.05 presented with a weak latte
Half in the saucer see pic , asked for a ? proper ? cortado told that?s how we do them same as a flat white !!! She then made a replacement which she slammed on the counter , felt some sympathy for her as she was on her own surrounded by dirty tables at 945

I was served by Tee and she looked so bothered by customers, she was more busy doing her own thing than serving customers!
I work in retail and I do understand that there is a lot of back office work that needs to be done while serving customers. Please quit if you don?t like your job.

Really poor. I?ve worked retail & hospitality, I understand sometimes it can be very busy and it?s hard to deliver good service whilst keeping waiting at a minimum but this was shocking to be honest. Staff stood around chatting and on their phones, ignoring customers. It?s a Monday evening so it?s not even busy, yet we had to wait at the till for 5 minutes before they even noticed us. No greeting not even a hello, the staff aren?t friendly at all just asked if that was all then walked away expecting us to know where to wait for our drinks etc. There was three other groups waiting for drinks and one of the five members of staff making drinks whilst the others stood chatting & on their phones. Then they put the drinks on the end without saying what they were or any names so nobody knows who?s was who?s . Tables and floors with rubbish on. Not one member of staff bothering to clean or help at all.

The guy who served me was really warm and friendly which was the only good thing about it. Place was really mucky. People were waiting ages for drinks. Huge line for ordering and collecting but the staff were too busy chatting and taking their sweet time. They dont care which is fair enough (working in starbucks) but you?d would think they?d see the queue and try a bit harder ?? terrible signal, uncomfy seats. 10/10 wouldn?t go again

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Oh both occasions they got my order wrong. The place looks so unkept. The staff clearly don't care, standing around chatting instead of taking my order.
There's a better Starbucks 2 mins away. Avoid this one.
