I needed caffeine in a pinch before I boarded my train and this location was convenient. Had my coffee quickly and was on my way. Super helpful!

Met my sisters for a coffee...staff so lovely and helpful we stayed for lunch and three drinks! Lovely clean store despite being busy. Cheese n ham toasties were yummy. N birthday bun on a stick was such a nice touch Thank you Megan , Jenn and all involved

Ok if you like flies??. So shocked at the food prep area, serious fly problem. Clear for everyone to see when queueing. Overpriced drinks and poor service. Only used due to a flight delay.

Ordered two latte coffees from the stall on the bridge at Leeds station yesterday - just ordinary lattes.Unfortunately the team serving the coffee managed to get a simple order wrong by adding Hazelnut syrup to one of the coffees. As a diabetic I found that coffee undrinkable (too late to return it) and totally alien to what I drink. What if I had a nut allergy?Difficuly to understand how a simple order can go wrong, but there was a lot of chatter by the staff, but a message to who is in charge, concentrate and get it correct.If Ihave to use Starbucks at another station, I will be very wary as to what is served.Not a good experience, but memorable for all the wrong reasons.Roger Porch

the worst starbucks i?ve been to. one my first visit they ran out of blonde roast and decided to tell me AFTER they made my drink and just said sorry no blonde roast . today i ordered a drink in a refillable cup which they only filled half filled it and then charged me for caramel drizzle which i never even got . starbucks is my go to but i?m so annoyed with this branch.

VERY RUDE staff they treat you as if you?re not paying !!! Even the Coffee is terrible!!! Tables are messy left uncleaned. I think they know that they are in the train station so they don?t care about customers because they get them anyways. I have no idea how do they hire people in this place.

Friendly staff, but always very busy at peak hours. Had to leave without my coffee after ten mins. They really need a digital wait time sign or something... Kinda frustrating not to get what you pay for, because you didn't realise it would take so long to prepare. This is first time this occured and is rare. But some kinda queue counter would be useful.

I ordered a drink 7 mins before my train without cream they made it wrong and threw away the manager offered me a voucher so I wait making me miss my train I now have to sit in the train station for an hour thank you very much

Service was fine but when I asked for a iced coconut latte with caramel syrup, I wasn?t expecting an iced latte with caramel AND hazelnut syrup. Thankfully I have no allergies to either dairy or nuts but I?m very very disappointed with this.

With Starbucks is they've never learnt how to make a decent coffee. It's always my port of last call. But this was worse as I wanted to eat a toastie for breakfast. Served in a bag, even if you're eating in its soggy so defeats the object of being a toastie. They have these modern screens which flash up different adverts which means at times the electronic menu isn't displayed. BUT THANK HEAVENS I DISCOVERED BREW SOCIETY just down from rhe station...now I can get decent coffee and a proper toastie.

I've never felt the need to review a place before but the ignorance of the staff in here is unreal. I had 20 minutes until my train after getting served (only one other person in the queue ahead of me) and it took 5 staff over 15 minutes to make my drink (and the other person) due to the nonstop personal chatting between the staff. I made my train with 30 seconds to spare... need a crew that understands they are working in a travel hub and people are in a rush.

My twin brother Stephen and I had jumped the train down from Liverpool to Leeds for a five night break, after alighting the train we made our way to the exit and decided to grab a coffee to go from this Starbucks in the railway station, we ordered a flat white coffee, coffee was really good and served steaming hot ,we stopped here and gathered our thoughts and enjoyed our coffee's. I am a big fan of Starbucks coffee ? , its a consistently good brand ,coffee is superb especially the flat white coffee. We moved on after our coffee's and I must say I was totally impressed with this Starbucks outlet which is easy to locate in Leeds Railway Station ?.
