what a fantastic service I always receive from spec savers. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like you have no other questions to ask but they have covered everything for us in our visit. They explain things in a simple way for children to understand and I love that.

Received my glasses few weeks ago. Amazing service ZakirahA was really professional and ran extra tests and got another member of staff to run tests as I have an eye condition. The other staff were really good and I was given help choosing glasses. This is an amazing store compared with the rubbish one on Albion Street in Leeds who have no clue what they doing!

I had a great experience at Specsavers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They clearly explained everything about varifocal glasses, even drew a diagram to help me understand. They took accurate measurements and helped me choose a frame that fits well. They also offered pricing options to suit my budget. When I picked up the glasses, they made sure everything was comfortable and even cleaned them for me. I?m very happy with my new glasses. Thank you

Unfortunately giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the second Optometrist I saw was incredibly rude and lacked basic social skills. The first one was friendly though and the Audiologist I saw a few months back was lovely.
The sales assistants were great and very welcoming. They were not pushy to make sales and gave me plenty of time to look through the glasses. There is an excellent selection of frames available and several brands (DKNY, Karen Millen, RayBan, etc?). There are unbranded too but can?t comment on the selection as I didn?t look through them. I think the prices are very reasonable and I love the buy one get one free offer. Only paid £110 in total (this was after using the £25 off voucher I had from my employer) and that was for one Karen Millen pair and one DKNY pair.
My first pair were ready in a week, second were delayed but this was well communicated to me and not really an issue as one pair is enough for now. Despite it being busy when I went to collect them, the sales assistants never rushed me and were happy to go through all the questions before moving on to the next customer. Hopefully the glasses will last a while, but if not the repairs are free. Aside from the rude Optometrist I?m very pleased and would recommend ?

After a terrible experience at Headingley Specsavers I went to the Crown Point store. They were worlds apart. The CP staff were friendly and cheerful. They dealt with my request immediately. They gave me all the information I asked for, and more. Absolutely wonderful service. Thank you!
