I was sent a letter saying I was due an eye test I had previous test about 9 month ago which was post cataract eye test on the card they gave me said my next test should be no more than one year so I booked Appointment online only to find out they would not give me an eye test because it had not been a year so I wasted 2 hours travel why was this not picked up on when they sent me the letter why was I able to book online the fact is because they are franchised they don't communicate with other stores so they did not see the 9 month previous eye test because it was at a different store come on Specsavers have a data base that picks up on there matters and pump wasting my time and probably others too .What I found amusing was after having eye test refused the next day I gov an email saying I was due an eye testSorry very courteous and polite staff pity whatever or whoever generates letters ?

I came in for a contact lens check up and to purchase lens. Charlie was my optician. He was very informative, explained and suggested some advice (which I committed to) whilst also speaking to my 5 year old when I was trying to put lens in. He provided a great service and it was a great experience.

I visited the crown point store today and was 40 minutes early Hoping I would get seen earlier, I asked with a smile and guess what was taken in straight away, we had a collection for spectacles and trial for contact lenses. We was looked after from Holly and Charlie . Thank you so much for all your help and support and professionalism, all the staff was amazing! ?

Great staff, love the glasses?..what is going on with the cases? Great that they?re recyclable because that?s exactly where it?s going. Almost £400 for glasses and a hideous case. Disappointing.

What a fantastic team. I was dealt with by Haaris. He was very attentive and had loads of patient to help me with my problems and dealt it with help with the store manager. I would definitely recommend this store, for brilliant customer service.

I so much love my two sets of glasses. Never knew I could use sun shade frames for my prescribed lenses. Oh they look so beautiful on me. They've turned out to be my best glasses by farrr so far!!! Lol... Thank you Specsavers.Habiba

The staff were friendly and professional, they took the time to thoroughly check my vision as well as my partners.They were accommodating in allowing for us both to have a check up in the same appointment, saving both parties time.They made sure to give an in-depth recommendation for their products. I ended up not requiring any lenses, however my partner did, she bought a frame with the recommendation of the staff and is now happy with what she has received.

Happy with my glasses and the varifocal aspect, took some initial adjustment to look through the correct part of the lens, but I am now used to them, great fit too!!
