I am posting this as anonymous. My overall experience was very good until i had to collect my prescription glasses. First of all he couldnt get my records and after taking assistance with another colleague he gave me the glasses adjusted it. And he asked me if i am gonna wear the glasses right now. He asked me about the bag i said yes and he goes to me it would be silly carrying around empty case? i was like i am going to put my lense carrier in it and he had the audacity to comment on that asking me, ?shall i put this inside the case?? Hello excuse me? I visited today at 3:30 pm

Robert, who did my eye check up today was so lovely, friendly and reassuring. He made me feel comfortable and went out of his way to help me with my contact lense appointment. Was very much appreciated.
