Just popped in for a takeaway bagel and the staff there could not have been more friendly and attentive, the place smelt like delicious baked goods and overall lovely atmosphere? the bagels ARE AMAZING. thank you so much!! Very good and very filling!

Delicious bagels! There was a queue to get in (Sunday, 12pm) so you know it has to be decent. I might not like to eat in at that time as there was a constant stream of customers coming in which made it quite busy but I?m sure it?s lovely to sit when it?s more peaceful. We got the salt beef and the smoked salmon bagels. Some of the best we?ve had. Would recommend!

Oh my gosh! The queue was long BUT it was quick AND it was worth it!! So so so yummy - the bagels are just so delicious and fresh and the fillings are packed full and also delish! Deffo recommend.

Quick and keen service. Good selection of baked treats which are seasonal as well as bagels. They have interesting food and non food goods for sale to browse whilst you wait. They've been consistently great since opening

I had a terrible experience.
I am really disappointed. I usually go to this bakery weekly as the food is good and customer service is usually good, but now I'm wondering if they've only been nice to my friend in the past, and I've happened to be there those times and they've incidentally come accross positively.
This time, attending without my friend, was terrible.
I was directed to a table by a server there and the person who had occupied it offered us the place as I needed to breastfeed after having ordered our food. As I went to the table however, I was loudly accosted by a customer and another worker, being told someone else would sit there. The way it was done was embarrassing, publicly humiliating, and stressful especially when the bakery's own staff had been the ones to point us to the table, and we had been invited to sit there by the customer leaving.
The customer's unkind and confrontational approach was amplified by how it was handled by a staff member who clearly had not communicated with her colleague who had offered us the table. It could have been an honest mistake or miscommunication, but that is why it would have been good if the staff member spoken to us or checked in with their staff. Because to confront us so openly, indescreetly, as a stressed mum of a very young child, trying to get through the day, and a regular, I just didn't need that. We already stand out as being minorities and it spoiled my day, drawing unnecessarily negative attention to me and my company, and I was hurt and my baby upset. It was really unnecessarily embarrassing and insensitive.
Thankfully, another customer vacated soon after and we could sit there. It was not just about the table but the scene that was created. I'm very sad and hurt.
I debated writing this review because I considered giving the benefit of doubt, however, I felt it was important that no one else, especially if feeling a bit vulnerable, would have to face that.

Best bagels in Leeds no question ? this fabulous little cafe (and it is little) does without doubt the best bagels for miles around and lovely staff as well ? we had chicken Caesar and pastrami on poppy seeded bagels split between us and they were superb bu be warned big queues are the norm for takeaway and table spaces in very short supply ? but well worth the wait either way, you will not be disappointed !

AMAZING!!! THE BEST bagels I've ever eaten. And the basque pumkin cheesecake was to die for. We will definitely be going back often .

I have never liked bagels, probably because I've never had a truly fantastic one until now. The bagels and food in general here is absolutely incredible. I liked them so much the next time I came by I bought almost 6 to take home. Thank you guys for such a good food experience!

As an American in the UK I have searched high and low for amazing bagels and, baybee, these are it. I have a slow rise bagel obsession.
They have about five flavours, I highly recommend the everything bagel and the pretzal salt bagel. I didn't find the garlic bagel nearly garlicky enough.
Also fab coffee, decent cakes, and filled bagel sammiches. ?
