I misunderstood and took a situation to heart but the staff were kind enough to explain to me why i was in the wrong and advised me on what to do. I was overtaken by emotion in the moment and couldn?t think straight but they reached out to me after and explained where i had gone wrong. Rest assured, if you come to this optometrist you?ll be treated equally regardless of your race ?

Very friendly service. Also they noticed a small chip when the new glasses arrived. Arranged a replacement with no fuss or extra cost. Thoroughly recommend

I have been visiting Simon for check ups on my eyes for a number of years and he is always friendly, welcoming. He is thorough and patient and listens to any issues I have had with my eyes since my last appointment. Any changes needed to my glasses are done in a timely manner and checked, by Chris, to ensure they are suitable before I leave with them. I would recommend Simon Falk Eyecare highly and wouldn?t consider using any other opticians.

Simon Falk's isn't the cheapest around but it's definitely thorough and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. I get my contact lenses and glasses from them, preferring the thorough, personal approach to the impersonal online approach or high street chain opticians especially as I'm at risk of glaucoma and not as young as I used to be. Modern equipment, too! Definitely recommended.

Review is long overdue as I?ve been going here for years. Yes, I realise that specsavers et al may be cheaper, but SF offer the kind of service, quality of care and level of experience you simply won?t find in chains. The monthly plan is a no-brainer if you need to buy contact lenses or specs - the discounts wipe out the cost and then some. Plenty of parking nearby so well worth the journey from anywhere in Leeds. They?re so good that if I lived in Durham, I?d skip Barnard Castle completely and carry on down the A1 to Simon Falk.

I just had my second eye test with you. Leah fully explained everything, was friendly and professional. Ordering new lenses was straightforward and my new specs were ready to collect in 10 days.The whole experience was positive

Used for the first time this year. Very friendly and professional practice with modern equipment. A local independent as opposed to a big chain. A couple of years ago, although they looked good, I thought their eye tests were rather expensive so I went elsewhere. This year, I wanted a different practice's view of something so I used them. Very pleased with the advice and service generally. Prescription had changed but no pressure to buy anything. When I did enquire about new glasses, they were happy to have new lenses put in my old frames. Due to a misunderstanding, a problem did occur but they sorted it out brilliantly and treated me very well. Will definitely use in future.

I was pleased and impressed with the service I received on my first visit and I will be a returning customer. All the staff are friendly and professional. They also were more than willing to fit my new lens in my only 2 year old existing frames that I love. They didn?t push any extras and were sensitive about costs. There is a higher charge for the eye test but then I found the frames and lens were cheaper. My new lenses are spot on and I can see clearer than I expected. I would definitely recommend this opticians.
