I just returned some stuffs worth only £25 they keep me for 45 minutes so only 1 star. Also I called them 2 hours before .

Slow service there own drivers come in and jump que lots of drivers outside waiting on dubble yellows don't give you a ruff idea on when you'll be unloaded but it seems to be around 2 hours per truck

Staff don't seem to care anymore, it can take an age to get unloaded and some of the staff are not very friendly.
