Definitely worth a 5 ? rating!! An excellent selection of shoes to choose from in here and they even have "shoe-size guides" which is very handy. Not a particularly big store, but you're bound to find shoes you will love in this shop, especially if you're a shoe-lover.

Never been before, heard a few bad things, but I needed some cheap steel toe shoes.Nice guy asked if I needed help, told him what I needed. Within 5 minutes I had my shoes and was out. That guy needs a raise.

Very low quality children shoes, flat and plasticky with no arch support and no heel support. Insoles lining and outer soles gets detatched after a few days. Waste of time and money...Kids trainers had holes in the sole after two weeks , I brough it back and the managers said it s wear and tear. I contacted their customer service and they told me they go with whatever shop manager says. I will never waste my time in this shop again.

Had to take back a pair of shoes costing £30 after only one month with splits down the sides of each shoe? I was told that it was normal ?wear and tear?..!! The manager said that I should not be wearing a single pair of shoes and I should have more than one pair and be alternating between shoes for walking.So if you?re buying shoes here, they may only last a month or so, and you have to buy more than one pair or they will not exchange defective shoes.

Wanted a ladies lace up court shoe, all they could offer was something my dad wears. Come on shoe zone some of us ladies still want to dress as ladies, very disappointed and a waste of expensive fuel.
