He informed me they didn't sell them, but only fitted them at a charge, wnen I explained it was for a watch my late mum had bought my dad and he wasn't happy giving the watch into someone else's care, he gave me a pin, free of charge!!!!!!! What a fabulous human being and a credit to the company name!”
