Racially profiled by staff because of my appearance and wasn't allowed in to purchase a drink that I needed so that I told take me medication. Very disappointing in this day and age!!!!!!!!

Went to fill up with my range on 0 miles. Pump kept clicking so I only put in the minimum 5 liters. After which my needle didn't move at all and range was still on zero. 5 liters should be easily 50 miles for me. Pretty certain nothing came out the pump.This is the second time at the station where the pump felt weird. The other time was around 4 months ago. I will not be going back.

I went into she'll garage last night after my partner met me after work, my partner stands out alot as he has lots of tattoos he 8s also autistic. He waited outside with the dog and I went into the shop. The older man in the shop stared at my partner through the window, obviously judging him on his appearance, and instantly assumed we had come to steal something. I also have alot of piercings and he was treating me the same, I was trying to take my time looking at the items and he was watching me constantly and following me, making it extreamly obvious he'd decided I was some kind of criminal. I purposely un zipped my coat to show my tunic as I'am a full time carer, he instantly stopped. If the shell garage would like to check cctv around 10 last night it will prove what I'm saying, don't judge a book by its cover, I had just finished my fourth 14 hour shift in a care home, disgusting judging people on their appearance.

Poor customer service!! I have been a regular shell customer but not anymore. Thanks to the poor customer service experience this morning. Went to refill fuel and there was refurbishment going on in the store. So the payment counter was accepting payments from outside. The staff was being very rude as she had to repeat herself. I was unable to hear from outside as her mic was not working. It was very upsetting and disappointing experience.
