There's this one cashier that keeps ignoring the deals on alcohol and tries to charge you more, you have to go over to the fridge nd read out the items on deal for her not to charge £2 extra
It's a bit weird when this happens as she's not getting anything out of it

One visit. I'm not local ,but had to return parcel to Amazon and that was the nearest point. I barly walked in and put the item on the counter, he looked at me in weird way -I said I've been told to come here to sent the parcel back to Amazon. He was rude from the beginning, I didn't even get a word out. His mannerism,just everything about the bloke RUDE .Whoever made Ahmed the "STORE MANAGER" please send him for some customer service training cause the guy clearly has no clue. I'll make sure to never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone-unless you enjoy being disrespected for no reason at all

Used Uber eats to place order of £49 worth of products? charged me and never delivered. Said they would reimburse but didn?t, when checking Uber transaction they put order down as attempted but couldn?t deliver so still got charged.. asked for reimbursement and the refused!! Never use this place!

Why at 1.45am are you jet washing the forecourt this has been going on for 4 hours now. I have called the number to be told nothing can be done. I have been intouch with leeds city Council noise team on the out of hours number they will be paying you a visit this is beyond a joke

The service is good and u can always ask for help. However I used to like it when there was an employee who would ask u if u needed help in taking on board the petrol. I suffer from osteo arthritis and sometimes I can't make my fingers move. His help was invaluable.
