Rude staff member, but good well stocked store, easy to find with good parking.

Convenient and usually good service from sales. Products can be sub standard so best checking before you open or accept , or go there and have a look.
Delivery is useless, slow, takes all day, never rarely in a lot you expect, never on time nor do they follow instructions. Some delivery staff and drivers are extremely rude and ignorant (2/5 rude and refused delivery).
They now charge delivery under £150
If you complain they don't care.

Sent multiple wrong items. Tried blaming me for not checking every measurements on every item. Beeston store is impossible to call on the number provided to get exchange done. Had to get central office to put me through and now have no idea when the exchange is going to take place. So having to go down to the store to find out because again no one answers the phone. I deal with suppliers constantly and this is by far the worst service I have had

50% of the time they deliver the wrong items or it?s damaged. When you wanna exchange it or need help finding items in store. They all seem to have a face on or no one around to actually show you where it is.
