staff are friendly and helpful. unfortunately stock situation was great on items like xl gloves , kemfix nozzles next day only. don't want to travel 25 mins each way to collect when time is of essence. would order on line but when you need stuff that day it don't help ?

A really bad customer experience. The person who served us at the till didn?t even try to help in any way shape or form. I also got my item covered in muck and dust.

I been there on Sunday evening for exchange something,a guy name Rajan was there on duty,Rajan served me,he was very patient,good attitude to solved my problems.he is brilliant! To be honest,before that,my first visited,I I got bad experienced,was served by another man,his name started by alphabet C,he was inpatient and bad attitude,rude! But I still giving 5stars review because of Rajan

I did pop in to exchange something I bought a day before from there as it wasn?t the right product for the purpose. I asked some opinion at the desk and I was served by the branch manager( can?t remember the name) even though he wasn?t very sure the product I needed, he searched in a catalog and helped me choose the product I needed. Thank you

Came in with my drone as I had a very small screw rounded off to disconnect the propellor. Very friendly member of staff located the correct product I required (small Magnusson 22 piece ratcheting precision set) and with my permission also unscrewed the screw and reattached new propellers. I entered the store quite frustrated but then exited very happy with my £10.99 purchase. Excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't thank the guy that served me enough! I wouldn?t go to any other store as they never explain anything clearly and if they do, they don?t know how to smile. This store is great. Came in to store on a Friday evening and had a great conversation with a member of staff Alysha. Lovely greeting from her and she was super friendly, wish she was able to serve me as she provided an amazing customer service and explained things clearly which is rare! Store is presented neatly too.

Poor!!!! Me and my colleague have a trade account and we?re gagging for a refreshing hot coffee to help us through the day when some little Scottish woman dampened our spirits by rejecting us as we weren?t with plumbfix or elecfix whatever daftness it is. Despite just spending £70 at the counter next door. Won?t be coming back, cancelling all accounts. Cheers woman, work mates crying.
