staff are friendly and helpful. unfortunately stock situation was great on items like xl gloves , kemfix nozzles next day only. don't want to travel 25 mins each way to collect when time is of essence. would order on line but when you need stuff that day it don't help ?

A really bad customer experience. The person who served us at the till didn’t even try to help in any way shape or form. I also got my item covered in muck and dust.
