I was welcome and given time and advice to help me choose the right equipment (lawnmower and jet washer). I was given guidance to install their very well-designed Apps. They have long and convenient opening hours. As a novice DIY, I found this branch helpful, welcoming and efficient as a team. Highly recommended.

Jokers!!!!!! Take £700+ of my money for radiators I?ve ordered told me they would be delivered on/before 21st dec!!!! Still awaiting? still saying on my invoice that they will be delivered on/before 21st dec? contact yous on live chat to be told they don?t know where my order is or when it will be delivered?!?!? So what I don?t recommend is a company that takes £700+ for an order but that Connor tell its customer where it is when it will be delivered and also why I?m still sat without my radiators 7 days on with absolutely no correspondence!!!!!!!!

I really didn?t want to know about every members of staffs personal matters and problems. The staff was rude and loud, I had to repeat myself several times and I still didn?t get an answer.I work in retail and this was out of order , for a big company like this it was a disgraceful shopping experience! I need an answer back and an apology!

Dreadful service at this branch today. I spend a fortune with Screwfix as Commercial Director of a principal contractor. Disappointed visiting a branch and experiencing the service face to face.No friendly welcome from the lady behind the counter. Not interested in assisting me with my purchase.Went elsewhere and will be reviewing our account.

Extremely rude - no greetings, not willing to help at all - pushing customers away from store. Always used to come to this store & get help from till where they can direct to other store if they don't have anything. Really appalling & dissappointed!! ??

I have always found the staff helpful & friendly!This week I have visited the store twice. The first time was on Monday to pick up a click and collect order. I was served by Chris who was very friendly and also carried out two large pots of paint for me. Then today, I was served by Sam who again was very helpful. Not only did he help carry the paint I wanted to exchange back into the store (I picked the wrong colour), he then carried the 2 large replacement tins of paint back out to the car for me!You would be lucky to find that kind of help anywhere else!Keep up the good work!

Ordered an item online for home delivery which never turned up. Rang up Screwfix after a couple of weeks and apparently the delivery supplier dhl had lost the parcel and returned it to sender. Screwfix suggested instead sending it to store.When I went to collect in store I was complained at by the store manager for having had an item delivered to their store even though it was their suggestion. It was apparently my fault!!Not going here again.

Great place to Go To. Always Very Helpful and Always Happy To Give Advice if Needed. Obviously Because if The Covid-19 Issue, This Store is Click and Collect Only like Other Stores. Reasonably Located Near The City Center in a Quite Trading Quarter. A Well Organised Car Park at Hand is Just Perfect. You Can Expect It To Be Busy in Early Hours of The Day.
