Didn't listen to what our child wanted regarding hair cut , poor communication. Won't go again, some cheaper salons have more communication skills & listen more Child wanted a mullet but got a Bob not the same so not happy

Absolutely fab and relaxing experience with Tom at the Leeds salon. What a great hair stylist. He listened to what I was wanting, gave his professional advise and most importantly took his time in both cutting and drying my hair to my exacting standard. A lovely guy to chat with too and not over the top chatty neither (I could tell he was concentrating). I am delighted with my cut, it?s just what I was wanting, feels great too. Will definitely be back to Tom and I highly recommend him. I felt very welcomed in the salon, numerous offers of a drink and what a lovely chat I had at the end with the head receptionist Julie who has been there for 21 years and even remembered me from 14 years ago when Joseph used to cut my hair, sadly he left to go work in his native Scotland.Thank you Tom & Julie and of course Nathan who took my initial booking.A very happy customer, I will be back !Service: Hairstyling

Made quite a big change recently that I wasn't so sure about and I'm very happy with the results. It's the second time I've had my hair cut by Tom and I am very grateful to him for putting up with all my requests and my thick hair. He is patient and puts a lot of care into his cuts. Thank you Rachael for a lovely short haircut/styling last Friday. First time at Sassoon's but the experience with Rachael was exceptional and it won't be the last. I have had my hair cut by Rachael numerous times and she is one of the best hairdressers I have had. She?s really friendly and easy to talk to and is also very professional. The service from Tom at Sassoon was amazing! After not having my hair cut for such a long time and not really knowing what to do with it, Tom styled my hair and I'm so happy with the result. Amazing!! My hair was in a real state and I didn't really know what could even be done with it. I went to Sassoon and got a shaggy cut done by Tom. He was super helpful and friendly, gave loads of styling advice, and the cut is by far my favourite haircut I've ever had!! Thank you so much!! x

Had my hair cut here this week and am really happy with it! Was done by Tom who was lovely, he listened to what I wanted and put lots of layers through my hair. I have a lot of hair which can be difficult to deal with but he really took his time with it, it looks very neat and I?m much happier than times I?ve gone to other salons in the area. Absolutely loved my experience. Nancy my stylist was so easy to talk to, talked me through everything, gave me tips on how to do my hair and what her thoughts were on the styles I suggested.I have not had my hair touched for 4 years as I normally hate going to the hairdressers.Best experience ever!! Will definitely be going again.
