Wow, chronic decline in customer service in this store, I used to be a loyal Sainsbury customer, driving out of my way to get to this store, however they?re indifferent and borderline rude. It?s a real shame, I?ve amassed a lot of nectar points from my loyalty, however I need more than points to feel valued. I think I have the right to feel safe in your store(s) aside from valued, and being neurodivergent, I do not, at least in this store, the one in Dewsbury is so much better. The reasons for the two stars is because I know Sainsbury is capable of more, and the food and selection is very good.

Hi I was shopping today at Sainsbury?s and I asked for some help with some fruit and some girls that work there said no then started laughing and it was not funny it needs sorting I came home crying they shut the doors on us and said bye didn?t even give us some help in future reference they need talking to as if that was someone that couldn?t see or was blind they wouldn?t be able to know where it is this is not right and don?t recommend this store

Large Sainsbury?s and Argos with clothing, food, houseware, and all usual items.

Visited at the weekend.
Horrified to discover mould, fur and filth on the shelving and around the cooked meat products stored in the fridge display.
Bacteria ? potentially awaiting the journey onto human hands, bags, other foodstuffs, worktops and fridges.

It's a supermarket

The layout of the supermarket is a little awkward since there is a constant stream of traffic going down the middle because of the entrance to the white rose. Seems to have really bad jams by the tills because people don't know where to queue without being in the way.
