Awful experience at this store due to a staff member caller Jennifer (purple hair, older and large lady). I witnessed a young gentleman reach past her trolley to get something off the shelf and she proceeded to shout at and embarrass him to other customers. She made a scene and started shouting that the youth of today are always in a rush and that they need to slow down and be happy like she is. She then followed him around the store after he got her name and asked if he thought she was serious and that he?d probably put a complaint in about her now. I spoke to the gent as he was visibly upset and he explained that he?d had a bereavement just that morning and had never been spoken to in such a way. With the sky high prices and the pure venom in that woman?s response, I will never ever set foot in a sainsburys store again. I hope the gent put a complaint in and I hope the woman Jennifer gets sacked. Not only was she being ageist but purposefully set out to embarrass that gentleman?. Not what you?d expect from staff members at a ?high end? supermarket

I hope this reaches the staff in question. I visited the Argos store in Sainsbury's Colton today. The staff Debs, Jack and especially Mandi were just lovely and went above and beyond for me. In a world of keyboard warriors and habitual complainers - I would like to say Well done and thank you. Your customer service was truly appreciated. Argos/Sainsbury's are lucky to have you.

We do love sainsburys it has a huge range, shopped there many times. The integrated starbucks is a perfect addition to grab a coffee, and do your shopping. There is also a B&M, pets at home and costa should you want to grab a bit from each. The only caveat to sainsburys is that meat has been hit and miss, i dont know why this is happening but its the only thing we dont buy from sainsburys.

Some fresh salad items have been reduced in size by as much as 50%, causing the scales at self check out to not register them properly. The irony of automated equipment designed to monitor customers actually catching Sainsbury's itself out is rather poetic.

Unfortunately sainsburys petrol station doesn't allow petrol bought with gift cards so if your a regular user of jamdough nut app for cashback gift cards you can't use it here! (Sainsbury's petrol stations)
