Gone to do my usual shop just after 6am like I've always done for past couple of years to find the store is closed until 7am now?! This is my only way of getting any food before my long shift at work as I cant leave the premises! When I search for the store online it days open at 6am. What is going on?!

Wasted my time travelling from Leeds they could not reverse a transaction as I forgot to use a discount I had . In the end just a refund. Will shop elsewhere

Every time when you?re 25%off for the wine i am very happy to buy a lot but I had a very unhappy experience today! The lady about 60yrs staff asked me ID of course she had a right to do

Been shopping here since I moved to Leeds and using the nectar and SmartShop app .Used this last time coming in as I take my time to scan items on SmartShop and others separately only to be almost accused of shoplifting ?the manager or the individual that did intervene was so horrible and didn?t understand my view as I informed I scanned items not on offer for me most times seperately and pay for them .Staff that attended was also informed I didn?t scan some as she took the items as I pay for them separately yet she made it seem like I didn?t tell her I didn?t scan some items yet don?t make me look like a liar right in my front ?.won?t be shopping there again?the most horrible thing to do is accuse someone of theft never done it and won?t do it ..Do better and don?t tell me im being rude by telling you I don?t like being accused of things like that ?just simple English and wasn?t even rude .Do better as individuals ?.if there was a review less that one star would give it ?Ruined my whole day
