Today I Witnessed the security guard of this store grabbing a womans bag very forcefully, (which I think they thought she was shopliftin) she als had a bag that had her personal belongings in there n it had house door keys in it her boyfriends disabled bus pass and wallet. Left them absolutely stuck. They have kept all my y belongings be careful going in. I am going to add a screen shot. To basically prove that security guards can not keep what is your. ... I can not remember whay fully was in the bad but herre goes.. bus pass ( could not get my disabled friend home as he's got a bus pass which they refused to give back hold hoping to get this back not reported yet as hoping to go speak to store tomorrow can jot afford a fiver to get a new one) bank card (which I have reported stolen and told them where and who stole it. Same with the mobile phone that was in there and a few vapes. Scandalous

Usually love this Sainsburys but today witnessed one of the security guards KICKING a homeless man who was sitting outside eating something. Absolutely disgusted.

After being advised to use contactless card by the government the staff told me to use a broken self checkout that would not accept contactless card and the checkout was it's self placed at the front of the queue for customers to purchase, I was left very vulnerable, I questioned the staff to why they were doing this as it was dangerous to which a red headed staff member replied, yes it's a faulty machine, I was very angry, sainsbury care nothing for the customer
