Came here just to print 3 pages and was told it?s 88p per color page ? felt a bit expensive, but I thought ?whatever, I?m already here.? The lady also mentioned there?s a service fee, but didn?t say how much. I assumed maybe 10% or something small, so I didn?t ask.
At checkout, I was surprised to see a separate £2.50 service fee added to the bill ? almost £5 total for just 3 pages. When I asked why, she told me ?it?s for the use of the computer,? which was never clearly explained beforehand. On top of that, her attitude was cold and unwelcoming the entire time. No greeting, no offer to help unless you directly go up and ask.
When I got home and searched it online, the £2.50 service fee only applies to click and collect or home delivery orders.
I won?t be coming back. I?d recommend more transparency with pricing and better customer service.

Used their printing service and the staff (I think his name was Jorge if I remember correctly!) were fantastic in helping! Talked through options and prices so no shocks. Would highly recommend. Really good value too.

I had a problem with the DHL detail. Supervisor Jorge and Sales Assistant Lewis were exceptionally kind and helpful. They sorted the problem out and didn?t accept any fee for the

the guy on the till who works for dhl, is junk , he don?t have patience, not able to guide properly, though went for a small enquiry regarding delivery, they could kindly assist, but he will have very rude expressions on his face.
please teach him patience and manners with customers

Been sat on this for a while and decided I wanted to share. I went into Leeds store a few months ago to purchase a notebook. The store was mostly empty and I realise now in hindsight that a member of staff was following me around the store. Which might I add is very small and surely has cctv. Then when paying for said notebook, an older woman was at the till and started a conversation basically along the lines of: ?was that the last one?? ?Yes? ?oh ok good we have to make sure we keep on top of stock incase it?s sold out or been stolen?. With emphasis on the idea that I was apparently suspected of stealing something. This made me incredibly uncomfortable due to both the manner of how she said it and, how since apparently the moment I walked into the shop, they had clocked me as someone who would steal something. Incredibly bad customer service and shocking experience I am never going in there again. If you think someone might nick something then i guess its fine to follow them around the store but to then unpromptedly insult a paying customer then you need to work on your customer service skills. If you were really unsure about if it was the last notebook, you could have easily asked without insinuating that I was labeled as a thief. If I wasn?t so caught off guard at the counter I would have never had gone through with the transaction.

Employees are always arguing and talking about work politics in front of customers , and they don?t manage long waiting customers at all, aka apologising for the wait especially when there?s only one customer in front of you
