There seems to be no way to talk to a human being using the only phone number provided. This is ridiculous. No card was left when no one was in to sign for my parcel. Now I don’t know if it’s going to be re delivered or not. No option to send a text or speak to somebody.

Expected a parcel on monday 6th Jan was delayed ok I get that the snow was bad, so expected it on tuesday 7th Jan, tracking showed that it couldn't be delivered due to access (public right of way right past my house even the starship robots can use the path) checked my email and amazon account and both show as delivered, partner was in all day not a single knock at the door, I checked everywhere including neighbours and nothing. So Royal mail Ireland wood have stolen my parcel and now the tracking number won't even work

Our road has been blocked by snow and ice for a few days and we haven?t had any RM deliveries. I needed a parcel urgently so I went down to Ireland Wood and spoke to a nice lady who told me that all deliveries had gone out and the office would be closed when the vans got back, I suggested coming back the next day to try and pick up my parcels.
Next day I went back and the nice lady (sorry didn?t get name) had all my parcels and mail ready by the window for me to collect.

I requested a redelivery and received an email confirming this would be carried out on 28th May but by 1st June the redelivery had not been carried out and the parcel had to be collected from the customer service point.
Misleading communication, unable to contact the customer service point by telephone after being on hold for 30 mins. Terrible service even though I paid for Special Delivery at a premium cost!

The Mail carrier put my parcel in the rubbish bin and it's gone when i wasn't home, my parcel was about £300 worth it and nobody take a responsibility for that. HOW CAN I TRUST TO SUCH A POST COMPANY.

They leave the card saying they were unable to be delivered.This happened twice where I was looking at the man, leaving a card in the letter box without even trying to knock on my door. Shocking shocking. Very poor service

website doesnt have accurate informationwait time for phones to be answered diabolical!!!! 5 mins wait time usually means 15 mins+ ??

Put card through my door and then lost my parcel. Tried to complain and find but two weeks on nothing they are a joke i will have to report it stolen see if they take any notice. Would be nice if they could be bothered

Poor opening hours! Ok if you don't have a full time job or a job at all to collect your parcel. If you do have a job then good luck on collecting ?
