The Mail carrier put my parcel in the rubbish bin and it's gone when i wasn't home, my parcel was about £300 worth it and nobody take a responsibility for that. HOW CAN I TRUST TO SUCH A POST COMPANY.

They leave the card saying they were unable to be delivered.This happened twice where I was looking at the man, leaving a card in the letter box without even trying to knock on my door. Shocking shocking. Very poor service

website doesnt have accurate informationwait time for phones to be answered diabolical!!!! 5 mins wait time usually means 15 mins+ ??

Put card through my door and then lost my parcel. Tried to complain and find but two weeks on nothing they are a joke i will have to report it stolen see if they take any notice. Would be nice if they could be bothered

Poor opening hours! Ok if you don't have a full time job or a job at all to collect your parcel. If you do have a job then good luck on collecting ?

The staff who deliver parcels do not always knock on the door , parcels are simply left on the doorstep. The last delivery I received was forced through my cat flap which is now broken and no longer locks.

This sorting office is a joke, open 2 hours on a Tuesday and closed on a Wednesday. How are you suppesed to collect parcels? No wonder the royal mail is going to the dogs.

Service has greatly improved and opening times seem to be fairly accurate. Usual gentleman on the front desk is very helpful and cheerful which is always a plus.My only and long term grievance is the people that deliver seem unable to follow the very basic instructions on my door of not posting junk mail through it.

Went to pick up a parcel today (Monday) and the service hatch for collections had closed at 9am not 10am as advertised. I was not the only one there, another guy said the Royal Mail website said 10am too, but the sign on the outside door said just 7-9am on Mondays. This is temporary due to Covid.

Customer service very unhelpful. Kept on missing times open to collect parcels. Asked if they could maybe get it out was a no .I was told there is a pandemic on you know !!!!. Felt patronized . But another person arrived spoke to a different person and he said I'll go see what I can do !!!!!. So why couldn't the post person help me that way ?????.

Opening times for collection can be a bit of a joke. Needs some modernisation to make it relevant to today's needs.
